So I did good today!! I stayed OP all day. I did 32 min on the elliptical and 30DS (30 Day Shred) AND my 30 min ab routine! Kick booty!!!!!

Hi Diva, Yeah I will join for sure, not sure if I can get close to 25, but 15 might be a more attainable goal for me (about 5 ish a month). I will have the same plan as you to count calories and workout more.

Wow! I just signed up today. This is exactly what I need! I have been doing Weight Watchers and weighing in once a week. Being able to see how others are doing and have a little backup here is a great addition to my goal. I dont have a clue how to get my ticker going.

But, here is my Memorial Day goal

Starting weight 214 (last weighed on Saturday)
Memorial Day Goal 190
Long Term Goal 130

Alright, I am signing up too. Not sure if I can lose 25 lbs by Memorial Day cuz the way my body's been acting lately but I'll definitely give it my best shot. I can aim for 10 lbs and anything more will be bonus .

Current Weight: 168.75
Memorial Day Goal: 158.75

My basic plan is: counting calories and exercise. Lately, I've been working out twice a day. I do my cardio before I leave for work. Evenings, I alternate between strength training, abs and some step workout of my own. Of course, DST happened and it is screwing up my routine. Today, I just couldn't wake up. I hope I get back in routine soon.

I have a lost of 1.5 lbs. I know that this is temp because TOM is here for a visit. Today, I just don't feel like doing anything . I feel like a . I hate when I get my visits . lov Welcome to 3FC and our challenge!!! Unfortunately you cannot get a ticker unless you have been a member for 20 days and have a certain number of posts!!!

suzy Girl I know!!! You'll feel better in a few days but it is just a PITA while it's here

So I'm down to 195.5 which was the weight I was at prior to this weekend (I had a very bad weekend). So I'm super stoked!!!! today is my strength day and I think I"m gonna try and fit in a 30DS after work.

I need a kick in the pants so here I am. I feel like I'm getting sick so I'll do my best until I'm back to feeling better. I'm going to aim for 12 pounds. That's 12 weeks away so definitely doable for me. My starting weight is 174.

Ooh, I want to do this!!! My family always gets together, and I want my weight loss to be noticeable. I am going to shoot for 10 lbs! I also have a wedding in May, and my husband is a groomsman, and I want to look good on his arm
