Sorry about the confusion with the "expert" boxing. It's a term that us Wii fitters use where I work. I should probably have sad advanced boxing. That guy is tough, but honest.

I only did 45 minutes of Wii Fit last night, but I did 45 minutes of DDR as well - which is some serious aerobic exercise, if you ask me. It's looking like I'm definitely going to meet my January goal, which I'm excited about.

I did Wii fit for 53 minutes today. Odd number, I know.....but that was my longest yet. We have had ours for one month. I did get my piggy to turn bronze last night though.

I do have one question and maybe this isn't the right place to ask this, but I am new to posting and was wondering how you add your ticker?

Just coming to say hello and welcome to all the new people here :wave:
I have been trying to mix up my routine a bit and doing other things besides the Wii (I did do 45 min. on it on Monday), so I have not been posting much.

Two hours last night...I was planning on making it three, but I got tired, and the house was so cold - when I walked to work this morning it was -10 degrees outside!

I tried someone's wii fit two weeks ago and have since orded one. It should be here any day. I can't wait for it to get here so I can challenge myself to keep using!

May I come in and play? There was a thread in General Chatter about Wii games. I got jealous and went out and bought the Wii and the Fit. Walmart had them both.

I haven't set up the Fit yet. I did my WATP 14 minute mile on Wed then bowled. Yesterday I did a different 14 minute mile and boxed. I thought my knuckles were gonna drag the ground after that one.

I'll be setting up the Fit part over the weekend.

I read in another thread that it nags you if your weight goes up. Can you make it to shut up some way?

Mare: the thing only nags if you weight goes up by 1 lb. or more, then it asks you for a reason for that. When it does that to me I just give it random reasons. When I look back at my graph and see the red dots and my random reasons, then I just get a chuckle out of them.

Today I will be doing TBL Bootcamp and maybe some Fit in the eve. Have a good weekend everyone!

I got in 45 minutes on the wii fit last night, and an hour so far today, I want another one though, I will report in later if I did it :D ( got in another 40 minutes today :carrot:)

Thanks for explaining about the boxing :D

I've done an hour a day for the last few days. I've started using aerobic weights when doing the step, it makes it a lot harder!

We're having so much fun on the Wii Fit! My 3-1/2 year old likes to do the 2 person running and run as fast as he can so he can be the winner! Then here's mom finishing in twice the time. It's so cute!
I've definitely seen a big improvement in my balance, I think the feedback is awesome. I'll have to try some hand weights during the step aerobics to make it more challenging. Thanks for the tip!!

Last night I managed a 14 minute WATP mile and just did some Wii games. Today I got the Fit set up. I ended up spend 1:32 on it. Right now I'm just going through most of it trying to get a rating better than "unbalanced". There is just something a bit unsettling about being labeled "unbalanced".

That slalom skiing is difficult. I'm rather spastic with the yoga tree stance.

Only got in three days of Wii Fit/Jillian Michaels this week. Was hoping for four. Of course, I could still get it done tonight, but I'm not optimistic about that. ;) May go for a walk though.

Hey, gonna focus on the GOOD (getting up and doing it at all) and then set a new goal for next week (four days; and longer workouts) and hope for the best! This was a CRAZY work week, so I'm glad I got even those three days done! LOL

I've hit my goal of 1500 minutes for the month - I did an hour and twenty minutes last night.

Looks like I'll probably get quite a bit in today as well, I was planning to move the rest of the stuff out of my old house, but it just keeps snowing.
