After a HORRIBLE 158 days off, I got on my Wii Fit this morning! Little bugger joked and called me by my son's name, but what do you expect! LOL!

I did Basic step, Advanced step, Short run, 10 minute Free Step, Long Run, 10 minute Free step, Warrior pose and 4 sessions of Beginner Soccer Heading (trying to beat my daughter's score). 40 Wii minutes (50 actual minutes) burned 252 calories! My Wii Fit age was 44 (I'll be 43 in August). Not too bad!

LOL....mine will probably do the same thing. I'm doing EA Sports Active now and haven't touched my WiiFit in 3 weeks.

Congrats on the great workout!

Got on my Wii Fit again this afternoon! I did Basic step, Advanced step, Short run, 20 minute Free step, 10 minute Free run, a couple of yoga poses and both beginner and advanced soccer heading. It was fun and I broke my record (and my daughter's) for the beginner soccer heading!

Hopped on my Wii again this morning and did 40 minutes! Started with Basic step, then advanced step. Then I did the short run followed by 20 minute free step (2522 steps). Finally I added the 10 minute free run and set my new personal best (1.631 miles).

I've avoided stepping on Wii Fit for the past couple of weeks because I know it's going to "yell" at me about having been away. Of course, if I stay away longer, it's not like it's going to be NICER to me when I return.

My husband reminds me it's just a machine and it's not "yelling" at me. LOL I psych myself out so much about it.

Ah well, on 7/15 (I think. May have been the 14th or 16th. Have to check), I will have had my Wii Fit for ONE YEAR! :D I enjoyed being told, "Hey, it's your 333rd day!" a few weeks back. Can't believe how much good stuff has happened with my health and fitness in such a short period of time.

Hope everyone is having fun and doing well. I will be "back at it" on the Wii Fit next week for sure and I'm hoping to get that new EA Sports package that really puts the workout into high gear. I mean... uh... after I get back at the Wii Fit (standard) and my Jillian Michaels 2009 Fitness Ultimatum. :D It'll be fun to have something new after that. Just gotta get back on this horse. (Uh... not a horse. A balance board. Hee! You know what I mean!)

Take care!

My goal is to do 30 minutes advanced step on the Wii Fit and 30 minutes expert rhythm boxing. So far today, I have done the advanced step. I will do the boxing this afternoon.

I have been off wii fit for a long time. I am going back to it today! I have been OP and exercising ...just have ignored the wii fit. I can't wait to do the boxing again!

Three days straight of 45 minutes on the Wii Fit.

I'm calling it a WIN. :D

I did 20 minutes on Wii fit today and unlocked 2 games, the second hula hoop stage and a new strength training move. I tried walking on the rope and failed miserably; something is definitely wrong.

Nah. Nothing wrong, necessarily. Many people struggle with the "walking" exercises. Whenever the "walking test" is part of my daily body test, I'm at least five years "older" in the eyes of Wii Fit (if not ten)! It's just a different skill set on the balance board, and it's hard for some (including ME!). I don't think I've ever gotten all the way across that dang rope.

;)

So I stick to Soccer-Head for balance domination. Perfect scores on that. :) I'm good at leaning and dodging cleats! LOL

:p
