I was good and waited until today for a giant salad and subbed in a Bud Light Lime for the margaritas. Except I ate too early and am now wishing I could have another salad. Never satisfied! heh
Hi all. I am so sorry I have been MIA lately. Life has just been crazy here. My weight has crept up and I caught myself doing some stress-related snacking the other day so I decided I'd better do whatever it takes to get back on track. I haven't been online much since getting my new laptop b/c it doesn't have the battery capacity that my netbook did but then it does a lot more.
I am really looking forward to Halloween. My costume fits but if I keep on like I have been I'll have to go as they Stay Puffed Marshmallow Man. So for the last few weeks of October, I am going back to my regularly scheduled eating and exercising plan, trying to get back to my routine.
200 on the scale this morning. It actually makes me laugh now. I'm keeping within my calories and started cycling 3-5 miles several days last week. Nothing much else I can do without starving myself.
I'm obsessing over purchasing a cargo bike and using it for all local commuting instead of the car. It should be fun and good exercise. I'm just waiting for the shop to have one assembled and with a baby seat so I can test it out with my 22 month old.
166 this morning. My body does the weirdest stuff. I googled cargo bikes and now I want one too I also looked at surry bikes which fit four people and they look soooo cool.
Hey ya'll I am checking in! I am at 258. My goal for 248 this month is totally doable. But I have got to stay on top of everything!! I have to make sure that I eat my Panda Express (teriyaki/chinese food) later in the week NOT the day before weigh in. Yeah, that would make sense. The calories aren't bad but sodium! I am actually thinking about making it a once a month treat.
I am on Day 8 of 30 Day Shred this is the farthest I have ever gotten! I think when I get to Day 10 before going onto Level 2, I might take a one day rest from it but still continue my other cardio.

Hi all. I hope everyone is doing well. Super busy here, as always.
I've decided to get up earlier in the mornings to get my workout done first thing. I think it's going to work for me. I can get it done without distractions and then just hop in the shower and start my day. Exercise helps motivate me to eat better and helps curb my appetite so I have to find the time somewhere.
Hi all! My October goals are to get down in the 170's! I want to get better with calorie counting and log 50 miles of some type of cardio.

Toobig you are so close to goal!! kick some of that motivation this way lady! Been a rough few days for me. Once you start eating the foods you haven't been you see what you've been missing out on. Ugh!!
bridgettedavis- I know!! And its been baking weather here!! I don't know how I am going to stand the holidays this year. First Thanksgiving and Christmas without my dad and my father in law. Food plus emotion equals danger for me. I wish I could put a picture of my mean sister in law on my fridge. We were the same size forever but as I lost weight she gained it. I know its evil motivation but she is MEAN!!!
