  • im so glad that everybody is doing well!

    i have decided to not weigh today, i MAY weigh on the 31st, but i think that my priorities are being shifted. i think that i am going to focus on staying where i am, happy healthy and motivated as opposed to being dominated by the scale.

    i have been thinking about weighing for about 2 day, i may tomorrow, i may not but i know that i am making healthy choices, and that it will show on the scale. i am focusing more on how i feel then the numbers as i think that getting below 178-180 will take some work and it's something that i cannot deal with right now as things are about to get real hectic.
  • I have not been doing so good this month.I will not let that stop me from getting healthy.All I can do is look forward.So far today has been good.
  • 197 this afternoon with jeans on. A fun surprise today: I've been measuring my bust a lot because I'm knitting myself a sweater and was hoping I'd be smaller by the time I finished. I have been disappointed by no measurement changes but today I slipped into some jeans that I couldn't get over my hips just a few weeks ago. I never measured other areas. Maybe I should!

    So my bust hasn't changed at all but my lower body is shrinking. It's nice to see some progress somewhere, if not on the scale. It's also nice to have jeans that don't stretch and sag down.
  • 164.5 this morning. TMI- I'm sure but I peed all day yesterday. The water comes on and the water goes off. That's what I get for eating all this junk food. And today is my sil's birthday so it will be pizza and cake for lunch. Oh well, at least it will be good pizza.

    coolmom- changing clothing sizes has been the best part of losing weight. That above all things keeps me going. Congrats!

    toobig- me too. isn't peeing all day fun? and then people start to think you're weird because you have to pee every 20 mins? haha

    177.8 today, no yoga yesterday, i shouldn't go to the studio today either, but i am going to around 8 probably ha ha
  • Does anybody have any ideas what exercise I can do inside with a 1 year old for the winter,it is getting too cold to walk with him outside.
  • I like Leslie Sansone's walking videos! They seem to keep me happy when I cannot get outside with my little guy. Mine turns 10 months old this Saturday!
  • I will have to check them out.I did good today.I think that I am coming down with a cold or something.I know I will not make my October goal but I would like to be as close to it as I can.
  • 164.5 again this morning. My goal for this month was to at least see 162 on the scale, I did not make it. But on the first day of this month I was 166 so I am still down. Down is good.

    i'm calling oct 31st 177. i lost, but did not see the ever elusive 175.
  • 196.8, so that's about 3 pounds lost this month.
  • walked about 5 miles trick or treating tonight
  • 167 this morning??? I did not eat THAT much candy!
  • hey ladies- please start a new thread for november! i would do it, but may not have any spare time on my hands this month as i'm mid mortgage-pre-approval/new job across the city/trying to keep up with the bikram.
