im so glad that everybody is doing well!
i have decided to not weigh today, i MAY weigh on the 31st, but i think that my priorities are being shifted. i think that i am going to focus on staying where i am, happy healthy and motivated as opposed to being dominated by the scale.
i have been thinking about weighing for about 2 day, i may tomorrow, i may not but i know that i am making healthy choices, and that it will show on the scale. i am focusing more on how i feel then the numbers as i think that getting below 178-180 will take some work and it's something that i cannot deal with right now as things are about to get real hectic.
