I'm already over budget for today and I'm feeling "cheaty." I'm craving a giant salad with artichoke hearts, kidney and garbanzo beans, cukes, feta and greek olives...tomatoes and dressing. I can't believe I'm lusting over a salad but tomorrow I'm going to hit the store and make it happen.
I'd also love to indulge in 2-3 homemade strawberry margaritas. At over 300 cals a pop there is no way to make that happen unless I really want to blow my week.
