I have not been doing the best but at least I have not gained anything.I need to start walking again.I think that the weather is suppose to be nicer this weekend.Maybe I can still make it to 260 by the end of the month.
Hi all. I hope things are moving along for everyone. I weighed in at 206 this morning. I was up to 212 last week. YIKES! Anywho, I am glad to be back on a healthy eating track and seeing the weight go down. I am finally feeling more in control of my appetite since the last birth control pill seems to have gotten out of my system. I gave the medication a good try but gained over 10 pounds. I think I am all done with hormones unless the doc wants me to try more. I looked back and since I started trying out birth control pills to correct my problems, I have consistently stalled in weight loss and didn't start losing again until they were out of my system. Ugh, lesson learned. I have tried them all now, I think, and there are no matches for me.
Still dealing with bloat but bloat is a normal occurrence for me. Looks like I will be back tracking for a lil while to get back to where I was. I am hopeful that by Christmas, I can be much slimmer. It's a long time off but it will take a while to finally get to a healthy weight.
You guys stay strong. Keep pushing the weight will budge. Everyone has come so far with these challenges, there's every reason to expect the wind to catch our sails and move us along towards our goals.
