Today and yesterday have been going good. Yesterday I ran 2.25miles and walked about a mile. Not too bad for not running in a while. Kinda made me feel good since that means I haven't lost everything I've worked on.
As far as calorie counting I've been doing better about forcing myself to do it. I know when I first started last year I made myself do it every day during the week and then the weekends I gave myself a break until I just started doing it automatically. I think I may work on that for October.
I did my official weigh-in today to figure out exactly where I'm at and I came in at 148.5. For a couple days I was showing above that. Oy!
So I have a good starting point for October.
