My Fitness Pal-Do you log how many workouts?

  • When you are logging in your profile to see how many calories you should eat, do you log in how many workouts you expect to do? Or just use sedentary and than actually log in your workouts and eat those calories back?
  • I have it set to light, because I do a lot of house cleaning and running after the children I nanny for, but I still log in all of my workouts. My daily goal is 30 min of activity 4 days a week just as a guideline. There are days that I workout longer and sometimes more than 4 days a week. Also unless I am going out to dinner with my husband and family or if it's a special occasion, I usually don't eat the calories I have earned by exercising because I am working towards optimum results.
