    not weighing until tomorrow, it's going to be either the very high 170s or the very low 180s. c'est la vie.
  • Haven't had a very good couple of days.Tomorrow is a new day.
  • NO LISA. The rest of the day is a new day!! Don't start tomorrow. Start RIGHT NOW. It will get better.
  • as for me 183 this morning... must be water-weight though, because I didn't do that awful yesterday? It wasn't great, but it could have been worse for sure!
  • My goal for Sept: lose 5 lbs - achieved 6 lb loss

    Walk 30 mins 3x a week - I am now up to 45 minutes, 3x a week

    Still counting, weighing and measuring.

    All in all, Sept was a great month for me.
  • My goals were:
    Get below 68 kilos
    Eat healthier food
    Run 5K in under 30 min

    Halfway through the month I did manage to get down to 67.3 kilos, but then I had a party, and an assignment due which led to comfort eating, followed by two nights at my grandparents' house which is a dieters nightmare. This was then followed by TOM, so I went up to around 69 kilos. I weighed in this morning, and I'm back down to 68 kilos. I still have some water weight to lose, so I'm pretty happy with that.

    I definitely ate healther food than I did in August, but I think there's still room for improvement.

    I didn't make the running goal, but I wasn't really expecting to. I'm still happy with the progress I've made with my running.

    Overall I'm happy enough. I definitely still have a long way to go.
