Hey everyone!
I’ve had a good OP weekend and have been getting back to my hour-a-day walks. I also reached 30 pounds lost today and I’m really excited about that.

Tomorrow I have an all-day appointment downtown, so I’m a bit worried about what I’m going to do foodwise. I’m not sure what kind of restaurants are around this place, but I think there are a lot of smaller non-chain restaurants, which means no calorie counts. Eek! Not sure exactly what I’ll end up doing, but my plan is to stay relatively OP and make good choices.

Jiggle – I’m good with whatever, so Thanksgiving works for me

Hi all! It sounds like there is some nice improvements going on here!!
Sparkle: awesome work! The 30 mark is very exciting!!
Unna: Thanks for the encouragement! I do the same thing with leftovers! Especially when it's a really tasty roast..so yummy! Gotta just put it away! LOL
Jiggle: Keep up the awesome work with p90x! I know that is quite a challenging task to complete!! That is really great to do though!!

As for me, my weekend was okay. I did eat a little high and really had no motivation to count calories, so I didn't. My hubby and I went and helped with some relief work out in Binghamton NY from hurricane Irene. We will be doing that for the next 4 weekends. It's really crazy to see the flood damage, but also really neat to be helping rebuild some homes.

I walked 3 miles today, 2 over the weekend and 6 on Friday. Total: 11miles
127.85 down, 22.15 to go!!

Hey guys,

Girls' weekend was great fun. I didn't do great, but not terrible either (I don't think, lol!) We did go to the buffet one night, but another night we didn't really eat dinner and just munched on veggies & dip that we brought along...so hopefully it evens out, lol.

I have kind of a weird week this week. Out of the building tomorrow and have to eat lunch out. Thursday is my birthday, so will be having my birthday dinner. Saturday is our Halloween party. Really don't think I can get to goal by next Monday. I'm actually just hoping I don't GAIN at this point. Going to WI Thursday again this week (not weighing in Friday morning after my b-day dinner, lol) and will see where I'm at!

Looks like everyone is doing pretty good. Keep up the good work!

Jiggle: I'm fine with Thanksgiving. If I can finally get to my 100 lbs lost goal (or hopefully beyond) by then, I think I will be more motivated for the next challenge through the tough holiday season. Whatever works for everyone else though...I will go with the flow

Farn: how was the game? I knew we'd lose, but at least it wasn't so bad that we have to wear bags on our heads, ha!

So, I'm on track - sort of. I'm going through one of those phases where you are so busy you don't have time to eat. So, yesterday, even though I was scurrying about the city ALL day, I clocked in around 1300. Well, that is super low for me.

Anyway, TOM came yesterday. Hopefully I'll be seeing a WOOSH soon!!

Wish I could write more, but gotta run. Thanks for all the encouragement ladies!!

Good morning...Good News, I'm not as sore anymore. I'm still doing some of the modified movements because that thing's a beast. I'm having fun though. Last week after the first day my arms didn't hurt as all but this week I was better with my modified pushups and I'm feeling it. I'm trying not to get anxious about results because I hear that after the third week you really start seeing results. But it's not easy.

Gotta a busy day so I won't be doing personals but lets keep on track today.

Hey everyone!! Hopefully you all had a great day!!! I kinda cheated a little on Sunday during the football game, so I saw my weight fluctuate on the scale, but I got right back on it on Monday. Feeling pretty good about that because lately when I go off track it seemed like I would be off track for a few days. This time, I bounced right back.

Unna: thanks!!!! That made my day!! Yeah I don't think what they are doing is really healthy, I have no idea how much the world record is if 37 didn't become one. It's almost alarming! Leftovers are bad for me too! Especially late at night! Guilty!

SparkleBE: Thank you as well!!! I really appreciate it!! Sorry to hear about the shin splints, I've heard they are just terrible. ugh! Congrats on the 30 pounds lost!!! That is amazing!!!

tdiprincess: keep up the great work!!!!!

NOrthern: haha yes the game was crazy!!! It was so close that I wasn't upset that we lost, I thought it was going to be a slaugher!!

jiggle: glad to hear you are not as sore anymore!!!

farn00a57: Bouncing back is a good feeling! Good for you!

I just ordered a pair of tight Miss Sixty pants in black - we'll see how they look. My weigh-in is scheduled for next week, so I'm in anticipation to see how much I lost.

I do know all of my jeans are starting to feel baggier. Hopefully we'll all see our targets after Halloween!!!! 159 here I come!

Hey chickies! I can't believe this challenge is coming to a close!! It went fast!

Jiggle: I'm glad your body is getting used to p90x! I bet you're already starting to notice some results!!
Northern: It sounds like you had a fun weekend and have a fun week planned. You're not the only one not getting to your weight goal! There's always the next challenge. Enjoy the week, stay OP the best you can. You're only a couple pounds from goal, stay positive!!
Unna: Awesome work! It is really exciting to feel clothes get loose!! It makes me want to dance.
farn: We all definitely have our cheat days! I hope you enjoyed it and getting right back on track is the thing to do! Good work!!

As for me, I'm finally getting back to a normal appetite. The next few weeks will be hard since over the weekends we will be helping out in Binghamton and we pretty much eat whatever we're given. It's not always the healthiest stuff. My general plan is to eat within my limit during the week and then do the best I can over the weekend. I also am walking as much as I can! (To keep me moving and try to reach my goal!)
I have started to realize that I started this challenge at 155 and will probably end it at 155. I hope to get to 154 though. At least I maintained through all the crazy stuff that's been going on. However, I do want to kick it up a notch for the next challenge!
I did meet my exercise goals, well almost... just gotta get the miles in!

Either way, today is eat my 1400-1500 and I'd like to walk around 5-6 miles. I got 4 in yesterday so I need 18 ish by Monday. Saturday and Sunday are out so I basically have today, Thurs, Fri and Mon to get the 18 in. I think I can do it!
I'll check back later on! Have a great day chickies!

Not looking good for my goal I went an entire week with no loss! That really threw me off schedule. I highly doubt I can (safely) lose 4.3lbs by next Monday. BUMMER. I was really looking forward to that.
But I will give it my best shot..

Tdi and Funsize: I feel your pain! As of last WI, I was about 1.5 lbs away from goal. After this past weekend and the rest of the week to come (my birthday and Halloween party), I will seriously be happy if I can just maintain my weight by Monday. But, a goal achieved late is better than a goal never achieved (or even set) at all, right?

As tdi suggested, I'm going to try to do as well as I can when I'm not celebrating something this week, lol. I have kept up with my walking the past couple of days and we have zumba tonight. I'm definitely doing better with my food than I did over the weekend, but it's still not perfect. Sometimes it's so easy to get back on track after some overindulgences, and sometimes it's harder.

Think I will WI tomorrow (on my birthday, yay), just because I don't want to WI on Friday after my birthday meal. I'm a little scared for final WI on Monday being that it will be right after Halloween weekend...but at least I'll know exactly where I am for the next challenge.

Speaking of which, I'm personally liking Thanksgiving more and more...should be plenty of time to lose my 1.5, and maybe more if I end up gaining, ha!

Good day everyone!!!
I'm still doing my P90X and making progress. I have yoga tonight and it's a 1.5 hour workout. I don't like yoga like that. I think I may be a little more graceful than I was last week. This week hasn't been so bad and I'm hoping for some more inches!!!

Well Thanksgiving it is for the next Challenge. I plan to stay on course with P90X during the holidays because it's a 90 day program and I don't want to start skipping days because it will get too easy to not do a workout.

Have a great day!!

Jiggle: seeing as you started a new program.. it's kinda inspired me to start something new. I've been debating on doing the c25k. I tried it in the past and stopped part way through. Lately, I've wanted to increase the speed of my walks but really can't without jogging. So, today, I started w1d1 of c25k!
I didn't do a 6 mile walk, but so far between cleaning and my c25k plus a little extra walk I've gotten in 4 miles. I'd like to get another mile in later on tonight, we'll see though!

I think c25k will be part of my goal for the next challenge. I won't be able to finish it, since its a 9 week program. But, basically keep up with it and keep doing it. It's 3 times a week, not too bad.

Hi chicks!

I'm checking in, still doing at least 30 min. of exercise everyday. My weight ballooned up, but now I'm back on track and losing it. Halloween is my favorite, I'm hoping to stay on track. It will be real hard!
I lowered my goal this time so I can have more wiggle room with my weight, now it's 110-115lbs. Then I will still be able to fit in my clothes! LOL

Oy. The scale was not kind to me today. Up 2 lbs!! Happy birthday to me, lol. I was expecting a gain, but I was hoping it wouldn't be that much! I do think a lot of it is it is sodium bloat (hopefully half at least?) way too much salty/processed type foods this past week. I will try to be good about drinking my water thru Monday (and I refuse to move my ticker back today...beacause it IS my birthday, after all!) I'll see how things are by Monday. If I can get back in the neighborhood of my last WI by then, I will be more than thrilled.

I'm happy we have a shorter challenge coming up, thanks Jiggle!
