CC Halloween Challenge
It's time for us to get a new challenge going. This challenge should be fun and work. Decide what your goal is and let's get it started. I'm looking forward to seeing some regulars as well as some newbies. ALL ARE WELCOME!!! If you start with the first day or you join the ladt week of October it will be great to have you.
I love that we are on this journey together. Do what works for your body. We are sharing our successes, trials and the things that are working as well as what's not working. So koin us and share with us. |
My goal for this challenge is to loose 10 pounds by eating within my calorie limit of 1200-1300. Keep those calories as healthy as possible. Get my workout schedule back on track.

Goal weight = 145
I am pretty well satisfied with my workout schedule. So this one will be all about the weight :) |
sigh.. I hope this challenge is better for me.. I really need to think out my goals this time.. I want to do better this time around..

YAY! The next challenge!! My weight goal is to get between 145-150 and then maintain from there.
As far as other goals, I need to think some more and then I'll post back up here again. Later chickies! :D |
I'm new to CC'ing. I've been doing Weight Watchers off and on since 2003 and decided to give this a go.....
My challenge is to actually track everything I eat for the next couple weeks. Not that I'm expecting any bad days but that's when I usually chuck my food journal.... Gotta start out slow or I'll overwhelm myself, which usually leads to me, yet again, chucking my food journal....hehehe! |

Woo hoo! And on my favorite holiday too!
I think my goals will be: 1. To NOT CC for two days a week. Yep, this sounds silly, but I'm trying to keep myself from being obsessive. Also, since I'm in maintenance mode I'm going to gradually cut back on CCing. 2. To hit the low of my maintenance range, 115. Now, I don't *have* to be 115 on Halloween, but I just would like to hit it once during the challenge to see how it feels. 3. Keep up the exercise! It's getting tougher to motivate myself with school back in session, so I think I'll make a chart. I *think* that's enough goals for me- otherwise I'm not going to remember any more! :D |
My Halloween goals:
1. Recover from surgery. 2. Maintain or lose weight. 3. Take up jogging. I am having gallbladder surgery and I have been told after surgery you can have an adjustment period before your body can handle some types of foods. Hence goal 2. |
To finally be able to do one arm pushups.

Corinne: I really like your goal of not CC 2 days a week!! That's a great goal to have while maintaining!! So my weight goal is to get to 145-148. After that it's maintain it for the rest of the challenge. my exercise goals: Increase circuit training to 2 days a week (I'm limiting it to 1 day each week for now) Ride my bike as much as possible and try to get up to 14mph. (Today I did that, but it was the first time, so we will see if I can keep it up) Finish the 100 pushup program (I finished and succeeded at the 200 squats and 200 situps today!! :carrot:) Other NS goals: -I'm in a size 8-10 and squeezing into size 6 skirts. I'd like to get into 6-8 pants and size 4-6skirts. I'm on the verge of 8 pants now, but they're a bit tight still. -The idea of no diet or regular pop/drinks. If I want a sweet drink I'll have coffee or tea with some sugar in it. I'm just trying to cut out some of the "fake" sweeteners slowly. I know that's a lot, but I think I can handle it! We will see!! I know everybody will do great! :welcome: to the new-newbies. I still think I'm a newbie at this whole thing! |
Since, I am having real issues with CC, I always did...I am going to make some goals for September-October:
between 1600-2200 cs daily Circuit train 2x week jog 5 miles per week 10000 steps per day Lose 5 lbs |
I'm new to this, actually brand new..it's my first night! My goal is to overcome my gym fear. I've paid for a year..I should go :)

Exciting! For this challenge my goal is going to be to lose each week. I am close to my original goal and want to slow down the losing. Plus, I go home in two weeks so my whole schedule will change :)

Yesterday I did some circuit training, and my body is pretty sore today!! Today for exercise it's 30DS and pushup program since I didn't do it yesterday. Foodwise today is getting back to "normal" eating since the weekend was crazy with family in town and then yesterday was just one of those blah days...I think I ended up eating around 1800-2000 calories.
