I love the goals so far!!
Corinne: I really like your goal of not CC 2 days a week!! That's a great goal to have while maintaining!!
So my weight goal is to get to 145-148. After that it's maintain it for the rest of the challenge.
my exercise goals:
Increase circuit training to 2 days a week (I'm limiting it to 1 day each week for now)
Ride my bike as much as possible and try to get up to 14mph. (Today I did that, but it was the first time, so we will see if I can keep it up)
Finish the 100 pushup program (I finished and succeeded at the 200 squats and 200 situps today!!
)
Other NS goals:
-I'm in a size 8-10 and squeezing into size 6 skirts. I'd like to get into 6-8 pants and size 4-6skirts. I'm on the verge of 8 pants now, but they're a bit tight still.
-The idea of no diet or regular pop/drinks. If I want a sweet drink I'll have coffee or tea with some sugar in it. I'm just trying to cut out some of the "fake" sweeteners slowly.
I know that's a lot, but I think I can handle it! We will see!!
I know everybody will do great!
