so I guess the site is back?!?!?! I couldn't open any of my "subscribed threads" last night...but the more recent posts under "New Posts" I could...hhmm?? weird?? the scheduled downtime isn't til Monday or Tuesday, right?? oh well...it's fixed now!!!
I did my first day of 30 DAY SHRED!! It was the best WO I've had in a long long time!! I was sweating ALL OVER! I'm sure I'm gonna be a lil sore tomorrow...But I'm hoping not sore enough to make me have to rest a day!!! I really wanna do this EVERY day! haha I also took my measurements again today (not much change from 3/19, but some tiny ones)...so I can't wait to see what they are after 30 workouts!!!

Ok, I just mostly wanted to get online and see if 3FC was back and check in. Not much to report today. I'm OP so far, I'm having a late lunch of chicken fajitas so I will probably just have a lite snack this evening - hubby is on the way home with them. It's my splurge meal (but still w/in my high calorie zig-zag day). I also get to have my one Diet Coke wooo-hooo! I know, I'm nuts.
I did put on my new tankini top (with shorts) and lay in the backyard for a bit this afternoon, just for 30 minutes (15 front/15 back). We're going to Gulf Shores area this summer for vacation and I know if I'm as pasty white as I am now, I'll burn crispy the first day! So I'm trying to get a touch of sun every now and then to build up. I actually flopped the apron of the tankini up and let my tummy get some sun. It said, "what is that?!?" LOL It hasn't seen rays in 15 years!! Since my honeymoon!
p.s. I have been keeping mum so far, but wanted to tell y'all I started a Video blog thing on YouTube. I'm still nervous in front of the camera, so we'll see if I get better. Anyhow, thought I'd share with my CC buddies. Here is the link.

I hope today finds everyone doing well and OP the whole day. I have been so far, haven't exercised, but I will once I get home from work. Not down another pound today but that is fine and to be expected after the huge losses I had this week. I have a random question for you all. I know for me music is a huge factor in the good workouts I have. I listen to a lot of Lady Gaga while I work out and sometimes, even though it is cheesy, the Rocky Soundtrack! haha I was just curious as to what you guys listen to when you work out? I've been looking for new music, what gets you guys motivated to burn those calories?!
I do have a personal scale as well. I weigh-in twice a week usually. On my home scale, I'm about 107 lbs. I tend to go by my dietitian's scale for official weigh-ins (what I put on my ticker and whatnot) though.
Boy, last week was rough in terms of "all work and no play"! I had been out of a job for a long time, so I'm just getting back into the swing of things. I work part-time, so my schedule is not very regular. Last week I worked 5 days of the week, this week I only worked today and that's it. Nothing for the rest of the week. Oh well.
Exercising was hard last week but should improve this week since I am hardly working...
Oh my bejesus!THE SITE IS FINALLY WORKING FOR ME AGAIN! I was so aggravated to not be able to post~but no anxiety attacks! Farn~
I had them all day long every day for 8 years ~at least 4 times a day sometimes more & A change of meds has took them pretty well away at the moment. as for the breathing...The one attack(my only attack in 4 days now) I had was either anxiety or what I would consider both it & asthma attack But I got my lungs x-ray~I see the lung doc 17th oF MAY~And this new doc on the 25th of may to find out my results~So fingers crossed it is just anxiety~Although the day I had the prob the weather here was chilly.UGH~Dang it~Still I am tired but I will take tired over anxiety everyday~Not answering everyone individualy today~But wanted to say I adore y'all & missed posting~I got 12 great plants at the plant exchange & took in burning bush shrubs for my exchange item.~I got my ajuga~but no zebra grass~WAHH! LOL
I did get daylilies & Siberian iris's & Blackberry lilies which look cool~And a few more odds & ends! I am really into flowers. I will post pics once I get more in bloom out here.~Gotta go walk~taking all I got to do it the last few days Cause I am so tired~but I enjoy the tired over the attacks.~

I was freaking out because I couldn't check in. I actually started having crazy food cravings. I was thinking what are the other people around the world doing without 3FC!! Kinda flaky I know.
FruitLady - Congrats on the loss!!! I know you were excited to see those numbers!! KDM - You should be good for a workout for tomorrow. For me it's like I'm addicted to the sweat so I have to do it. The results you are going to get will be what's more addicting. The first two weeks I lost an inch a week. Susie - Get those rays girl. Your stomach will bond with the sun in no time. I'm praying I get to send the jeans off to someone else in June. I got my workouts planned for the results. Hopefully all goes well. Farn - I wore the jeans around the house yesterday but I still think I need to loose a few inches to get comfortable in them and wear them out of the house. When I'm doing the treadmill and lifting, I can get a really intense to raggae or rap. Neither of which I listen to otherwise. When I'm doing abs and resistance bands I like Neosoul, my addiction. MrsLovett - I hope you get some good workouts in this week. I gotta get up for my 30 Day Shred everyday this week and I will be going to the gym at least three times this week. I have to get comfortably in those jeans. Lori - As long as you aren't having panic attacks I'm sure the alternative (sleep) sounds good. I know for me the lack of sleep is not good for my personality. I get snappy and hostile. Sometimes even subdued, if you can believe that.
I have had a good weekend. I haven't been hungry this weekend so I know I've been below my normal 1400 calories. Probably closer to 1000 or 1100. Potty training went well yesterday and today so far. The hard part has been when my husband won't help. Both times she pooped on the floor and she was standing right in front of him. I was very angry. Of course I'm training her bottomless and I have a schedule. You can tell in her face when she is about to poop and he said he couldn't see her...she was standing right in front of him. He's so caught up in the basketball game. I thought about cutting the television off. Of course he didn't like the idea of training her bottomless but it's been working very well. She takes her naps and overnight in a diaper and she woke up dry. I did let her sleep in a diaper but took her to the potty as soon as she woke up. So I told him to do it his way and we will see how that works. But he will take the lead and I will let him see how hard it is to stay on top of it. He has no plan other than keeping the diaper on her. I've only had to clean up behind her those two times he let her poop on the floor. I'm still kinda mad. Anywho I will workout today even though it's a scheduled rest day. It should help me with the frustration I'm feeling right now.

As for me, I gained 8 ounces and don't know why. I did eat like 200 cal more yesterday than I have been, that's got to be it. Today I binged at the buffet, so I know I'll gain about 3 lbs. I feel really sick, gotta go.
well, I ate a little more than I'd like today but I think it worked out since I took my treat and went to the resort to swim today... swam for like 2 hours... that should do it! It's fun... I'd like to chat more but I'm just so..... so.... ZZZzzzzzz....
Just wanted to check in and let you know I will probably be offline for a while...my aunt passed away this afternoon. So it looks like our trip to Texas will be for a funeral rather than a visit
Thought I would take a moment to wish everyone good luck on the challenge...going into the home stretch! I may try to check in Friday to see how everyone did

susie---yeah, I was being wimpy also and thought 30ds would be too hard for me...but then I read about ppl doin it & gettin awesome results...so i decided it was time for me to get some awesome results! LoL It's only $9 at WalMart, so you should definitely try it out
farn--first off, NICE NEW AVATAR PIC!! was that when you went to mexico?? and as for 30ds, I think I'm gonna like it alot...of course today was my 1st day and I'm at level 1...it was nice because you do 3min of strength, 2min of cardio, then 1min of abs...the cardio is like jumping jacks, running kick backs, jump rope (not w/actual rope tho), and rapid punches...it was really do-able!!! I'm starting to feel it in my legs, so I'm hoping I'll be OK for tomorrow
mrslovett--maybe you could start using your personal scale as the "Official" scale...at least then you can weigh naked and get your "true" weight (no worries about shoes & coats & what not) just an idea Good Luck fitting in your WO's this week
Lori--glad to hear you're not suffering any more!!! And sounds like you had a good day at the exchange! I don't have much of a "green thumb"...I think I inherited the "black thumb" from my mom bc we kill every plant we ever get!!! lol
jiggle--so you measured yourself weekly?? I was thinking of waiting til after 30 sessions...I dont want to get discouraged if there is no decrease..or heck, w/my luck, an increase! lol That sucks about the hubs letting her poop on the floor! I probably would have made him clean it up! haha

Kdm~I have my moments of having a black thumb ~ especially when I first got into them~but I study them all on google & Now ~I am kinda a pro at what I got at least .....I have 16 different types of coneflowers alone~THERE ONE OF MY FAVS! but we have nearly 4 acres out here in the country to place them all over....Although hornets & bees gets bad at certain times of the year~which can suck~LOL Other than that I love my flowers.I have proboly 50 different types of flowers/plants/shrubs~SO FAR.
I am very into them since we bought our home a little over 3 years ago.

Good Morning Chics...wow,glad to see the site back up again!
I went to a b-day party yesterday for my Niece who is turning two(terrible two's,lol) and i was SO proud of myself for not over doing it. I had a grilled chicken breast and probably two bites of baked beans...then i guzzled diet coke to fill up my tummy,LOL...i did have a cup of coffee.
I plan on getting in a workout this morning, first workout in three days of no motivation.
