Hey Gals!
I really, really want to go crawl in bed, but I want to visit here first. I also have to get my 3yo back in bed...I know, big surprise. I actually had both the kids to bed by 8 and then about 9:!5 I heard the patter of feet in the kitchen/family room (I was in the basement). It got quiet so I waited to a few minutes and then came upstairs to find the boy curled up on the couch with the dog and a blanket...sound asleep. He's still there.

Fun, fun, busy weekend. The weather was magnificent here. Yesterday we took the boys to the Philadelphia zoo (along with the rest of the city - oy, the crowds) and spent several hours there before they got cranky and passed out in the stroller. Then I hit the gym for a solo training session. Last night was...well, I don't remember. Oh...I watched a couple episodes of The Unit. Today I took the 3yo to a cultural event our local adoption group held. We sculpted clay with a Mexican artist. It was fun, but MESSY! This afternoon I hit a local state park and explored the are on my bike. The butt is sore, but I'm loving it! I hit the jackpot at a garage sale yesterday and found a bike trailer that will pull both the kids along with me. Next weekend I'll take them out! Tonight went out for dinner. Man, everytime we go out (which is a lot) I am reminded that I can not enjoy a meal with 2 toddlers. I feel like it's such a waste of money. Ah well....eventually either we will learn or they will behave.

DG - I hope the scales reward you for good behavior!

Lori - You are sodarnclose to that 50 pound mark! I know it will be there in the morning!

Hattie - Ouch! Feel better soon!!! C'mon ONEderland!

Jam - I hope you enjoyed your well deserved REST today!!! You need it! Just listening to your CF workouts wears me out.

Drina - Thanks! OMG...you have done amazing....so close to goal. I can't wait to hear that announcement!

Angel, Oakey, CP & anyone else I missed...HELLO!

I'm going to bail and hit the bed.

Sweet Dreams!

Im a little frustrated.I lost the 2lb gain i saw last monday..plus .4 more. I am seeing much lower numbers on friday and sat than on monday. Not sure why unless its from exercising harder on the weekends. I havent eaten off or anything. Oh well I will keep going. Just going to take me a while to get to the 100lb mark at this rate.
hugs to all

Can I join the challenge? I'd like to be down 10 pounds by May 25, so that would put me at 202.

HEY ALL

I needed to see 209.9 for a total loss of 50lbs and the scale said 210.0!!!!!!
I WAS LIKE~ NO FREAKING WAY~hahahahaha~I hope to see it tommorrow or less! I got 4.5 more lbs for memorial day goal.

I am excited to say My 16's are getting loose. My 15 jr.'s Are fitting great now and my 14's are too tight still for my liking but I am getting close!

Hattie ~I Still have been walking extra for you...Be sure to tell me when U get better hahaha~I am worn out.

BARB~YOU ARE A SUPER MOM~Those 2 wonderful/Honery boys are very fortunate That you became there mother! You are so good to them.
I Am trying to make plans for my daughters 16th birthday(On May 17th)~but she said all she wanted was just to order out pizza~(She doesn't like birthday cake~she isn't much on sweets) And she wanted a tokio hotel DVD~(A rock group that totally gets to my nerves but she loves them) We gave her a car already~And she's too imature to drive yet anyways~so I am a bit bummed that I do not get to make a big hoot out of it being her sweet 16 but she said If I do her 2 requests shes fine with it.
(I still think I will add something to it all) it sounds to simple to me~Who knows.LOL

EVERYONE ELSE~I am in a bit of a hurry but wanted to say keep up the good work and Stay Focused!!! WE CAN DO THIS
HUGS

Oh wow...You guys rock...lol. I've been so busy I haven' checked in. Friday on my weigh day I lost 2 pounds. Yay! So now I'm 4 pounds from my Memorial Day goal. Oh also on Friday I hit my 100 pounds lost since being a member of 3fc...I joined right at 60 pounds lost.

I haven' been walking but I've been doing other "work" that is harder and more productive. I've been cutting down nuisance trees (thorny locust) and dragging the branches to the burn pile...Oh gah, it sucks! I'm so hungry after several hours of hard labor. Oh, I've also been spraying weeds and working on a new rock garden. I might not have a gym membership, but I'm going to have the nicest rural farm yard in Nebraska!

Good job to all you chickies working it!

Thank you!

I have some friends here in Kansas who are into morel hunting, but they won't reveal their secret locations. (I'm not a fan of mushrooms but I do think hunting them sounds like fun!).

Hey peeps! Welcome to our new challengers!

This morning at the gym we did a special birthday workout for one of the ladies there. It was a killer! Tomorrow is hopefully going to be some heavy lifting, or something like that. Seems like Wednesday is always some sort of "max weight" lifting day, which I really like!

I'm feeling wiped out from yesterday. I did the crossfit workout in the morning, then spent 6 hours at my sister's doing yard work, transplanting ferns and small trees and shrubs. Lots of digging, heavy lifting, pick-axe swinging, stuff like that, but I had a great time. I always enjoy doing the gardening and yard work...it beats the heck out of house cleaning!

I feel like taking a nap, but instead, I'm going to kick my own butt, and go do something useful outside. I need to start building on the chicken pen, and I need to get the mower tuned up and running for the season, since the grass is getting out of control. Yep, that sounds like a plan, even though I'd rather be sleeping.

Hi Everyone

I am at work and have to make it quick. I just wanted to say that I am finally back on track and although I gained weight last week I lost it again this week so I am back down to 185. I have been getting up in the morning and doing the 30DS now for 8 days now. I am really going to try for 30 days straight. I also went jogging last night and did 5 miles for the 1st time. I jog at a slower pace of about 11.5 min per mile but I jogged the whole time. Tonight I have my class which will be some lower body strength (not really heavy) and some kickboxing (which is my favorite).

Hi all

A quick couple of updates from me...

One...I am still working on the PT and still in some pain but better. After the PT sessions....OUCH!! I can actually get through a couple of days without the pain meds. My hubby thinks I should just get the surgery done..but I am not ready yet.

On the good side...

I hit ONEderland!!! I am 199. It felt so awesome! I also fit into a reg size 16 jean from Eddie Bauer and am able to wear a Victoria Secret Bra. OMG...My girls haven't been this high in a long time!

So I am still eating OP and not exercising...I really miss it! Thanks Lori for doing all that walking for me!! Maybe it helped me get to ONEderland!
Thanks! When I get better I will pay you back.

Welcome to the newbies!

Can only sit here for a few minutes so I better go.

Hi to everybody and I miss you guys!
