Hook it up ... but be aware that you don't get all the exercises and stuff, you get some of them and have to earn the rest. I have all of my Yoga exercises and it is exactly 30 minutes for my Fit Bank.

I know you are ready since you are finally getting happy with your body. Don't focus on weight loss right now then ... focus on maintenance and use us to help you get that maintaining balance

Personally, I dread the challenge being over. I have a long way to go and I need the accountability.

Glad to hear you are getting back in the saddle or in this case the treadmill. I too will miss the challange and talking to everyone.

Just make sure you (1) open the window first, and (2) look before you throw it ... it would suck if it landed on your car or something

It is $250 for the Wii, another $90 for the Wii Fit, plus you will need at least 1 extra controller as it only comes with 1 controller and numchuk.

If you read around it is being called the Mother's Video Game, because unlike the predominately male xBox and Playstation world, more women are playing the Wii, esp mothers who don't normally play video games (I am a prime example). We have practically every gaming station, but this is the only one I play (other than my GBA when I play Monopoly or the PSP when I play Suduko)

I find the Yoga good for someone like me who is Yoga illiterate, but the arobics isn't really aerobics except for the Super Hula Hooping, which can make me break a sweat. The Balance games are more play than exercise, but it does work on your balance for sure. I find except for a couple of the strength exercises, Lifting works better for me, but when I can't lift I try and work those in to my workout for the day.
