HI Bluesers!
Today, I woke up with a hungry feelling in my stomach. That's always a good sign.

Yesterday, I put together a recipe file so my family can start experimenting and broadening our menu base from meat and potatoes to whole grains and veggies. I also cut up the pineapple and watermelon. My youngest DD had never tasted fresh pineapple. She loves it! I had to caution her to slow down as she might get a stomach ache.
As of today, I've not re-started an exercise routine. Today, I will make that a priority. We've been getting late afternoon/evening thunderstorms every day, so walking with Hubby hasn't been an option. However, I can dust off the treadmill and really have no excuses.

Personally, I dread the challenge being over. I have a long way to go and I need the accountability.
Hope everyone has a great on-plan day.

GO BLUE!
