Here's my cabana boy . . . sorry Michelle, I had him on my computer and didn't know how to "attach" him in a PM. It's Daniel Day Lewis in his Last of the Mohicans garb. Uh,huh.

First off, I miss you guys so much. This past week was pretty hectic, lot's of ups and downs and still going strong. I wish I could close my eyes, wake up and have my quiet life back.

Wow...we are on a two week winning streak!! Congratulations Vertigoskky on being the biggest loser. I'm a little nervous about getting back into my workout routine and posting a gain this week. Hopefully, it'll work out.

I work today and tomorrow and then I'm off through the weekend. Erica goes home on Sunday and my heart is breaking. We haven't really been able to spend a lot of Mother/Daughter time together with everything that's going on and I feel terrible. I haven't seen her in a year and God knows how long it'll be until I see her again....it just sucks. I don't care what happens on Friday, I am spending the entire day with my Daughter. I don't care what we do or where we go, I just want the whole day to myself with her.

Well, I've got to get ready for work. Grrr. Like I said, I really miss everyone and I hope to get back to being a regular next week.

Thank you so much onthetee for your advice - I also sleep with a lozenge in my mouth! Last night I only woke once and was awake for about 20 mins - much better than 4 hours the previous 3 nights!!!!

I has my hair cut tonight - the last time I had my hair cut was August last year!!!! I have long hair that is blonde and doesnt need colouring - I have staff and class photos tomorrow and thought I need a tidy up. I ended up having 4 inches cut off!! I like it! I mother thinks it is "too harsh" - I had it straightened and it is layered!!! I dont care what she thinks - it is my hair!! LOL

I got paid today - and I have paid the bills and there isnt much left Having no money helps with weight loss LOL No money - no fast food! No money - think about the best way to purchase food to make it last... That is the way I stay on plan!!!!

Now that the water weight is gone - I plan to exercise!!!!Exercise - exercise!!!!

Morning Chicas
Seems like a nice morning today...no rain!

Thank you Jill, Anna and Jennifer for the peanut butter info. Next time I go grocery shopping I'll definitely pick one up. Hopefully I'll be able to stop at 1 TB

Nothing much going on this morning...same old same old...I have couple of things at work that I need to finish. Trying to stay OP for entire week. I probably won't get to the beach this week. I haven't been keeping up with the exercise

Francie, Here are some links. I don't know if you plan to live in base housing or just regular. County you should be looking into is - Anne Arundel County - for Annapolis.

Apartment Guide

Rentals

Our Realtor's website

Realtor

Craigslist -
(It should take you to MD and then you click on the cities. I found my first condo via craigslist. Lot of people renting houses, apartments etc)

Hope this helps

That really sucks Vix. My previous job was like that where I could not browse or do anything online unless it was work related. It got very irritating and frustrating after a while as we never had work 100% of the time. Plus I love to read tech articles and sites to keep up with it. So I switched jobs (contracting company rather since I still work for the govt) for several reasons few months ago and it's little better. But unfortunately, where I work now the work ethics are different even if I want to work and love every minute of it sometimes it is hard to find something to do not to mention motivate others to work. So I try to keep myself busy as much as possible otherwise I'll go mad.

Good Morning Blue Team!

So last night I got home a little late from work and with cooking dinner and trying to go out and get groceries I was finding it hard to find time to do my C25K for yesterday. My hubby was nice enough to go grocery shopping while I watched Nate, but he didn't get home from grocery shopping until 9:30pm! I was so upset because I couldn't do my C25K on the treadmill because of Nate (treadmill is out in the garage and I'm afraid he would get hurt out there) and by the time hubby got home I was ticked because it was so late. I sat there for a minute on the couch and was really close to giving up and not excercising for the day, but I knew I had to if I wanted any chance to get a badge this week. So I got off my butt and went to exercise at 9:45 at night!! I did my C25K (W3D1) and ran for 3 min straight! I still got in 60 min of exercise. I'm glad I didn't let anything stop me from exercising!!!

OK - I posted my WI for the week and am happy to say that since I lost absolutely nothing last week, I posted a 6.4 lb loss this week to make up for it

Now, I am on track for my badge, but need to kick it in gear for a cabana boy (I want Josh Duhamel this time)
