hey everyone,
I have had an internet stalker...( my sisterinlaw) I have had to change my username and password. I was debimitch. My stalker actually got online under my name and read everything i have posted and all my personal messages. She joked it would be funny to edit my weight higher. I am pissed and hurt at the same time.I will not let her win and keep me away from here.I could have never lost this much weight without the wonderful support of my friends.

Yay, go blue team AGAIN!!!!!!!

Not that I helped any! I was completely OP and exercising and had NO CHANGE last week! Thats okay though - I think my body was retaining water like that article Dora posted because yesterday I had a sudden drop of like three pounds. I'm really hoping for a good weigh-in this week!

Nooo don't drop out! Reading your posts has been very inspirational to me,and I am sure that other feel the same way. I'm going to have a super crappy May too, and the way I see it, I might as well try to stay on plan b/c I've got nothing else going for me right now.. although that might be a depressing way to think about things!

Looks good-- thanks for all your hard work. One thing, though-- I (sadly, since it has been freezingup here!) no longer live in my hometown of Atlanta, but DC.

I use Smuckers Organic Natural Peanut Butter and I only use a tablespoon on my sandwiches.

I use Smart Balance creamy peanut butter. It is sweetened with molasses instead of processed sugar, and it contains more healthy fats from flax oil. A ssomeone else mentioned, I only use 1 Tablespoon on a sandwich, and it is plenty to cover a slice of bread, so it's only 1/2 the calories

How awful!!!! What a pathetic thing to do. It's not cool to invade someone's privacy that way! I wish you all the best with this.

Hey!

For those that wondered where their Stimulus Money is ... check out this site, you will need the 1st SS# on your taxes, your filing type (Single, Married filing jointly, etc), and the total # of exemptions on your 2007 taxes. Mine was in there, so was my mother's.

vixjean--I noticed the same thing about posting. I stick to posting during lunch at work. Not that I have someone breathing over my shoulder-its so not like that here--I just don't have time. At home I'm pretty much have 3FC on my laptop if I'm not studying.

LBG--Congrats on the 10 lbs loss!

Danielle--Congrats on being the biggest loser this week!

QOTD--Exercise, exercise, and exercise. That is basically what's missing right now. I'm finally on board with water too. Another one of my struggles. I got a new water bottle that I just love. I have a million water bottles that I don't use but for some reason I'm in love with this new one I have. I may be able to squeeze out a small wl this week but I know my wl will kick into gear when I begin going to the gym again.

Francie--I agree with everyone else. Don't quit. I think you need to get some structure in your day. Meaning having planned things to do because then there will be more things to do than eat. No structure makes the days last longer and easier for you to feel bad.

I'll tell you what to do. Get a job. Volunteer. Take a class. Join a walking/hiking club. You have to get out of the house; you need a reason to get up in morning. Waking up just to wait for DH to get off the boat is no life for anyone. And I guarantee that if Fonzo thought you were just laying around the apartment, overeating, and pining away, that would not make him happy either.

You are way too young to start a habit of seclusion when life is hard, which is about 60% of the time. Hard does not mean joyless; hard does not mean depressing (though missing your mom IS depressing, and I am sorry you had such a rough day Sunday ). Hard means you have to do something you don't want to do KNOWING that in the long run, that thing will put you ahead.

Without a purpose, we feel we are nothing. And when we feel we are nothing, we are.

it is not that expensive at Trader Joe's.

Also, to the peanut butter question, we get the Trader Joe's brand. Crunchy with salt.

Dgramie--that sucks. What a b.

QOTD - Well, I'm another that has been at this a while, so I didn't get the water weight woosh. However, I think its a great question anyway! To keep up the weightloss, I'm going to:

Get back into journalling (fell off that wagon again)
Walk every night with my dogs (they love it too!)
Do my best to meet the exercise challenges
Focus on what I can do TODAY, not the weight I want to be next week.
