The other thing I do, which I would never recommend because it is not safe in anyway, is that I sleep with a cough drop in my mouth.

1) If it rains, I will get haul my butt onto the treadmill.
2) I will not eat mindlessly. I will ask if I am hungry before I eat. If I am not, I will journal about WHY I want to eat. If I am, I will be selective about what it is I truly want.
In other news, we spent $300 to get our mower repaired, and it took three weeks. We fired it up last night.....and it did not work. Oh, DH and I were HOT. DH took it back today and met the guy at the door. I really wanted to be the one who blasted the guy, but DH felt pretty strongly about being the one to go. He gets all the fun.

So I was satisfied when I heard that.
After last nights escapade of trying to watch the season finale of The Hills online (my DVR recording was corrupted
) and getting the Blue Team weigh in up first, bed time at 1 am was treating me nasty this morning. I snoozed for 10 mins extra, skipped my breakfast at the house so I could leave 10 mins early. I get to Starbucks and wait in the drive thru for 20 mins for my drink, bagel and some cream cheese.
The weekends are also family time for me so that's why I'm not on as much on the weekend, plus I have dial-up internet at home so it takes forever for me to post here from home. 
Your arm muscles are amazing! 
The exercise challenge is really getting me moving!
