Hi all, back to the veggie garden for me, which seems to be showing up on the scale btw. . . . as a loss that is.

Angie - 701 looks happiest and quite sweet.

Gas here = $3.75

Staying OP, haven't started C25K as planned, but getting a lot done in the garden and the weather is gorgeous, so I don't feel I'm slacking.

Later all,

Dora

BTDT. Worse, I would stop early and then just keep walking. I would rather walk 5 miles than run three. I give myself permission to take it easy as along as I go farther. Stupid when I could burn more cals in the half the time.

Yeah, that is part of it. Mine have always grown crazy fast, but during pregnancy it was crazy crazy. However, my hair was full and gorgeous during pregnancy. I actually call it my "pregnancy hair", which would irritate my friends who had pregnancy hair like you describe.

Hiya all!! I'm trying to catch up on my blue team chat and just wanted to put a quick post in. I'm getting over the crud - had it over the weekend - not a great way to spend Mother's Day, but it was okay. DH and DD took good care of me - DD(4) was especially sweet. She crawled into bed with me on Sunday and as soon as I opened my eyes, she told me happy Mother's Day. She had been patiently waiting for that moment - it was very very sweet!

I seem to be recovering faster than I normally do - it must be all this good clean living! I resumed exercising yesterday - I missed out on a badge last week, but I'm going to make it this week!

I've been fighting with a guy on eBay that sold me some counterfeit software. Got a letter from the manufacturer confirming this and now I'm just praying I'll actually get my money back soon. Just finished turning him in to CID as well - thats the Army Criminal Investigations unit - as I found out he is an Army National Guardsman. I just really want this to be over with soon - its been such a pain.

Gas here is $3.69. I traded my Toyota Highlander in on a Honda Civic two years ago when the gas was $3+. I've never regretted that decision - esp since I drive about 80 miles round trip every day. Went from 19mpg to 36mpg on average! Luckily I have yet to break the $40 mark when filling up - but my days are numbered for that claim!

Yeah, when I was pregnant my skin, nails and hair had never been better. I threw up everyday, but, damn it, I looked pretty even if I felt like crap!

That bites. I hope it gets resolved shortly for you. I'm pretty careful what I buy (and sell!) on ebay. Great idea, and I've made a lot of money selling stuff, but occasional you have a bad deal...

So Josh literally killed me at the gym today. A whole new lower body routine that hurt to the bone. I know sitting on the toilet will be difficult in the morning. I love how strong I'm getting though!

So, Shay, or any other beauty product junkies here, what new products have you tried recently and loved? I have a Sephora gift card that I want to use. I could just go buy another Philosophy Surfer Girl set - it's very yummy - but I'd like to try something new.

What is the Philosophy Surfer Girl set?

I love girly stuff, but I'm too cheap to spend a lot of money on it. I do like getting stuff from Bath & Bodyworks as gifts. I'm looking for a scent with chocolate as one of the base notes. Santana had a perfume I loved, but they don't make it anymore. And, Bath & Bodyworks had a line called "Cocoa" that they don't make anymore. What? am I the only one that likes the smell of chocolate anymore?

Well, I need to get out my drill and hang some shades. I'll try to talk Hubby into doing some cleaning while I do the "manly" work. My Dad and his wife are coming into town on Saturday and I have the Relay for Life walk on Friday evening. Yikes! So much to get done in so little time! Anyone want to come over and help me get it done? I'm sure there are some "beach" minutes in there somewhere.

Hum - chocolate. Yeah, I know I saw some chocolate things at BBW during the wintertime. Sephora has some stuff on clearance that seems like it would smell good: EauDeVie

I also love coconut Verbena Lime from BBW.

I want to get Fresh Cannabis Rose parfum soon also. One of the pediatrician I work with wore it Monday - she got it for Mother's Day and it was LOVELY! It has chocolate notes in it - but not strong.

HERE. It's an exfoliating shower gel, a shimmer body lotion, and lip gloss. It smells like kiwi papaya - very tropical and yummy!

Hi everyone...well so much for catching up w/ everyone today. Our certifiers showed up TODAY!!! FOUR of them. YIKES!!!! I spent the day gathering info for them and trying to answer questions. Oh, yea I forgot to mention, I was the highest ranking person in the building and there are MANY people above me!!! Talk about stress! I did not stress eat (no time and I kinda felt nauseous!). I did go up and down three flights of stairs (no elevator in our building) at least 20 times--seriously. I'm counting that as my exercise for today! Just have to figure out how to translate that into minutes......They come back tomorrow for round two....The good news is, even though I was the only supervisor-type person there, I felt totally supported by everyone. That helped more than they will ever know!

Have a great night. I'm going to eat and crash w/ the dogs and dh.

Kelly--Josh is so fine! ! Fergie is a lucky woman!

Chellez--That Spears family is a train wreck. I blame the mom! Don't get me started on Lindsay Lohan's momma!

Josephine--I need to get back to posting my menus on that thread. If I don't do it that day I'm in trouble. My memory is not that fantastic and I'm only 35.

Nori--Did you smell Fabulosity by KLS yet? I'm telling BF to get that for me for my b-day. Here's hoping I can hang until July. I'm also very into Carol's Daughter skincare products. My skin is so dry it is ridiculous. Everyone always got me BBW giftcards and gifts but then I started to wonder if the chemicals in those products were adding to my dry skin problem. So I started buying Carol's Daughter's natural products. She started making them in her own kitchen and has become huge. A little more expensive but I'm worth it. I use the body scrub, body oil, and body butter. Her products are not convenient for travel which I sent them an e-mail about but I can't live without them. I guess I need to invest in those cvs travel containers. Now that I think about it someone needs to work with them on product packaging because some of the packing is not helpful at home either.....but it does wonders for my skin. Here is the website: www.carolsdaughter.com. They definitely sell her products at Sephora.

Back to Chellez--about The Hills...Heidi is stupid (all that plastic surgery has her looking a bit scary to me) and I really don't like Lo.
