Mandey - way to go on the exercise. Getting all 3 badges is a lot of work. Good Job! I have the Walk Slim series. I've only done the 4 mile ones a couple of times, but they're pretty good!

I think all of us have down times from time to time. If these kinds of periods last to long it might be a good idea to talk to your doctor about it. There are a great many medications that can help. If it is just a mood, we all understand that. I don't think there are many people in the world that everyday of their life is rainbows and sunshine. Try to do things for yourself ( not food ) that make you feel good. Things for nothing but enjoyment. Maybe it is a favorite movie or a favorite book. All of us need me time once in awhile.

Kelly
When I am having those down days I can tell you, picking up puppy poo sure isn't on the top of my want to do things lol.

Counting
Great scoot

Jely
I am getting ready to strip some crown molding. Great fun isn't it lol. You know, I don't think when we were teenagers we thought the excitement of our weekend was going to be painting or stripping crown molding lol. Nice going staying OP.

jl
You enjoy every tiering min of doing stuff like this for the kids. You blink and this time will be gone. You make those great memory's that last a life time.

cakes
TAKE A DEAP BREATH lol. Now, you see what has been going on and that is TERRIFIC. You have the control to turn things back around. Don't look at it as a wasted week, look at it as a learning week. In the future you will deal with things differently. Now is the time to get back on track and be proud of yourself.
Jen
Glad you had a great time at class.

Diva
I have my goal set for Nov. I don't even expect to look skinny until then lol. The weight is coming off so slowly about 1 pound a week and this is how it has been just about since the beginning. I don't look as thin now as everyone keeps telling me I look. I look thinner but come on I still have about 30 pounds to those so I am sure not thin lol. All we can do is keep on keeping on. I am sorry you are having such a hard time. Losing weight and keeping it off isn't always easy. Sometimes it seems like we are doing all we can do and it still comes off so slowly. Make take a close look at not only how much you are taking in but what you are taking in. See if you are getting all the required amounts of the four basic food groups if you can eat everything. Maybe it isn't that you eat to much but is you aren't eating enough. If you are sure there are no medical problems then we all just have to find something that is going to help you.

Monte
Oh I hate carb crave days lol. I have wanted donuts all day and that isn't even something I ever want much. Going to keep myself busy so I don't think about it lol.

Diva
Oh I love the little white one with the Grey ears.

ksk
What helped me was my daughter plays the you are that size game. When we are out she will find woman about the same hight and build as I am right now. Then say, you are that size right now. Really helps me keep in perspective that I am getting smaller and smaller everyday.

Tina
There is nothing wrong with wanting your own space and your own time back. I help out people when I can but I like the quiet and the peace. I sure can understand where you are coming from. You keep at it girl, you will look great in that bathing suit.

If I missed anyone I am sorry. Hope everyone has a great day.

Whew, you guys were chatty today! I can't keep up I'm glad this week is done, it was intense. DH and I did walk tonight (the lake path) since a cold front is supposed to move in with rain If I can get in an hour tomorrow, I should make the badge challenge this week

I think we had a better week and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone's results in the weigh-in thread. I'm turtling along, but at least I am losing

Let's keep moving and shaking and lifting, we ARE an awesome RED team!

You put me to shame, I have really been slacking off and only doing the minimal exercise I expect of myself a day. I better get going thanks for giving me the kick in the pants I have needed for about a week.

I'm going to enjoy my day and then get back on the wagon!

Thank you for your kind words and understanding. I think tomorrow since I'll have my dang car I am going to take advantage of it and hit the GYM for a little while. I feel like I need to run! I am just going to have to refocus. I am eating nothing but veggies and good, healthy foods this week. I am so over this processed foods crap. I seriously think it affects my moods. That an not being bale to get to the GYM.

I've also decided that I can still go to the gym, I am just going to have to wait until Jess gets home from work this week. I normally go in the mornings, but I suppose when I get a job, I'll be going at different times, may as well get used to it now. I wish I could ride my bike but I have an asthma attack on it right now. I think it's the pollen. Working out @ home is all fine and dandy, but I am more motivated to exercise @ the GYM and I also stay OP better.

Anyways, Y'all have a great weekend!

Mandey- Your a little exercise machine Keep up the great work~

Diva- I always tend to work harder at the gym...I think it has to do with me not wanting to look like a whimpLOL! Your doing great...give yourself a little break! Your too hard on yourself girl! You've been doing so great with all this exercise, and like Karen said focus on that and what it's doing for your body! The weight will come off, and when it does you can say with pride that you did it with good ole' fashion hard work! Have a great weekend hun...I seriously wish I lived by you....we could be walking buddies! I imagine you and I would have a lot to talk about

Jewelie- Congrats on making it to the beach! You even went a little further then you needed to Great job~

Counting- How nice to be able to walk by the lake...that would be beautiful! Have a great weekend!

I'm soooo glad to be on vacation - now to try to stay on plan!!

I do have to brag a bit here though - I just posted my last update for the push challenge and while the rest of the numbers aren't really as great as I wanted, I did manage to go from 8 man style pushups to 12!! I eventually want to be able to do 50! Yeah!

Hope everyone has a good weekend and a good weigh in!

Hi, I just wanted to pop in and say a quick hi before my baby wakes up crying again. He's been sick all week and just miserable. It's been a long week and my exercise has suffered. This is actually the first time since he got sick that he's actually let me lay him in the crib. I'm really hoping the antibiotics kick soon. I hate seeing him so miserable.

I did however make sure I ate well enough to hopefully offset my lack of exercise. I don't think I'll have a chance to go back and read all the posts I missed. I really hope everyone is doing well.
