Well, we are out to the property again today....a big water truck got stuck

last week, so the road is pretty rutted up...if you dont hear from me in a few days, you will know I am sock-less in a clay mudhole again! lol Im a little weary just thinking of going out there, with all the unpacking, cleaning, and de-mousing I ll have to do!

oh well, "you can do anything in 15 minutes" is how i try to do things! (taken from flylady-awesome site...)
Also, my brilliant dogs ran away yesterday, when i took them out to the country road to 'run' them....drove around for 2 hours (with my kids) looking for them....my dog has done this before, so i have my ph number on his collar, once he was 25 km away, and another time, out at the airport!
I thought with our 'new' dog (a friends) he would stick around....guess not. hoping i will find them today...
dont know when i will get to workout today, I am so competetive, i dont want to miss a week of badges!!lol

am-yogurt(1/2 plain/-1/2 flavoured)
oatmeal w raisins, cinn., almonds
lunch-ww pancake, turkey saus., 1 egg
(hubby works shiftwork, and LOVES breakkie)
supper-leftover moose roast,potatoes and veg.
snacks-kashi crackers, apple, strawberries, carrots,protein shake
H20-plan - 10 big glasses today...did 6 yesterday-not enough!! (i also drink herbal tea, and some 100 %juice)
