Good Morning All
Hope you all had a good weekend and a very Happy Mothers Day! I really didn't do too much this weekend, Saturday I went to my WW meeting and I had maintained! Which I know is better than gaining but it put me in a funky mood all weekend! The result was not good! I went on a 2 day eating frenzy~! I feel soooooo horrible! I can't believe I did that! Dont know what got into me I just couldnt and didnt want to stop! Today is a new day and I am starting out on the right foot with fruit, yogurt and water! Hope you all have a great day!

Good Morning Everyone. Just checking in real quick before I get started here at work. (Boo Hiss - evil place!!) Anyway, just wanted to take a minute to congratulate everyone that lost and to those of us that didn't - we'll do better this week. I posted my weight on Friday and if I would have waited until today I could have posted another pound loss -which would have brought me back to my starting weight before we began this journey. Oh well - if I can just focus perhaps I can get into the 170's this week. That is my motivation.

Walked in the Race for the Cure on Saturday. There were over 20,000 people in it. It is such an emotional experience. It starts with the survivor's walk and from then on I turn into a weepy blob!! Oh well, I walked the 5K with my DD and DIL then we spent the day together getting pedicures so it was a great day. Yesterday was just a crappy day weather wise. Of course now that it's a Monday, the sun is shining here and is beautiful!! Go figure.

Better jump off here. I'll check back in later.

I had oatmeal for breakfast this morning and am planning on a tuna salad for lunch. the weather is bleh here so I feel bleh I hope the rest of the week is clear warm and sunny so I get back to my long photo walks.

I noticed the other teams have a Chat #3 up. Are we supposed to start a new thread each week of the challenge?

Hi Everyone!

Let me apologize for being scarce around here this week but this is the week that I work ridiculous night shift hours for 7 nights straight and this makes it very difficult for me to get online. I happened to be off work last night due to us not having enough sick babies for as many nurses as were scheduled so I was able to spend some extra time online. Beginning Wednesday morning I will be off for 7 days and plan to make the most of it exercise-wise.

I hope every Mom here had a very Happy Mother's Day. I was able to visit mine and take her some breakfast after I left work Sunday morning. It was nice.

Please let me give a great big "Yippee!" to everyone who did so well at the last weigh in and give comfort and encouragement to those of us who did not do as well as we hoped to. I found myself ill for a full week just after beginning this challenge and that has really slowed me down on my exercising, but I'm happy to report that I'm feeling much better and have great plans for exercising beginning this week. (I swear the older I get the longer it takes to recover!) I have; however, kept up with my eating very well and have not cheated except for one night having some Cold Stone Coffee Ice Cream with crushed Heath Bars in it. It was only a small cup and I savored every bite... I was celebrating with my family for my niece's softball game going well.

I will weigh this evening when I wake up and post it before I go to work. I wish everyone good luck with this week's weigh in and even more success next week.

Hello Black Team! Hope all had a GREAT weekend.

I stuck to my plan all weekend and feel really happy that I did. I have sickies in my house and I really hope that I can keep them from getting to me. My baby and oldest threw up all weekend and them and my boy had fevers. I hate it when my kids get sick!

My baby and boy seem better today, my oldest stayed home from school and I think she is feeling better too she is resting and wants to eat a bit so hopefully we are all on the mend.

Exercise today will be yoga this morning-if I can get the kids settled into doing something-and a good walk/run tonight when DH gets home from work.

I need to go do some food shopping (I keep saying that but I don't do it) so I have some options in my house.

ok team! good morning and happy monday!! i know i am going to take a pass this week... i have been horrible with my eating habits along with exercise (but at least i did go 3x this week)

so i'm back on plan as of tomorrow... i'm going to try to stay close today but since i'm not at the office, i couldn't bring my lunch or bring coffee to class because i had to take the metro and you can't have beverages in the metro... so i had to get a bagel and coffee from the stores here which makes a big difference in the calorie counts

so it's back on track time tomorrow... i will be going to the Gym tonight when my BF gets back from class with my car

Sally - I love the new haircut! It's so cute.

I was out of town this weekend (seeing Wicked - AMAZING), and couldn't count calories for the first time since I started losing weight. I tried the whole "intuitive eating" thing, and am actually down 0.2 lbs this morning. Not a lot, but it's something...

Anyway, that's why I haven't been posting for a couple days, but I'm getting right back on plan today.

Hi Team!!

I suck and I know it, lol! I was so much better at keeping up with everything last challenge...I think staying at this weight has got me into a rut, and I am just not doing anything about it. Then it makes me feel guilty to see how hard everyone here is working at it. Why it doesn't motivate me, I don't know. I think I just need to get up and MOVE!! <-- easy to type, harder to do!

SALLY- you look fabulous!!!!!!

I thought that once we reached so many posts in our threads (500) I'm supposed to lock up the old one and start a new one... but maybe it's supposed to be once a week... I'll check into that.

Sally - I LOVE your hair!!! It's time for me to get a new cut already!

Sally, the hair looks great...and it doesn't look like a new cut, just looks like it fits on you

I am having hunger issues here lately. Everytime I workout, I am starving right afterward. It's true hunger and it's intense. I eat before I workout, then afterward I am just so hungry I feel sick sometimes. While doing all the hard work in our new garden I have been getting lightheaded and sick feeling, have to go in and eat something. My calorie range is 1500-1800 but on days I put in a couple hours of exercise it doesn't seem to be enough What can I eat that might keep me fuller longer? All my carbs are from veggies, if I do bread it's whole grain but it's rare, usually fruits and veggies and protein sources, and 4-6 bottles of water...do I need more carbs?
