And on that note, I'm out to the park to try for 4 miles tonight. I went by the running store by my work and found a whole rack of 50% off the already 50% off stuff! Got a nice meshy sort of tank top, long for dirt cheap! It should be in the 90's here this week so I need it!

Keep on keeping on Black Team!

Ack, you reminded me I really need to buy a new pair of shoes. I was planning to look for a pair next week. Mine are great, but starting to get too worn. And going outside onto the concrete deck isn't going to help. I think I'll put it on my list of errands for (maybe) next Thursday.

Just a quick and good night to everyone. I have been off plan with my eating for about a week now, and finally I got so mad at myself today for it that I figured my calories and wrote down my plan, went grocery shopping for everything I need, and I AM back on track tomorrow. Enough self-sabotaging. I had a big journal session, then a 2 hour walk/jog session, and I am ready to really get moving again. I have been holding myself in a plateau for a few months now, and I'm tired of it.

It's sad that I have to get so tired of my own crap to make myself do the right thing, but I'm glad to be at that point again. 220 is when I quit last time and gained all my weight back, so there has been a lot of mental issues...plus being so close to Onederland scares the heck outta me for lots of reasons, so I have been emotionally battling with myself. But I'm plunging forward and getting on with it...I'm never going back to the way I was before, so might as well get into Onderland and just see what happens.

Purplefirefly- It's one more step up you are taking for yourself and is a great motivation for me to see you doing it, as I have lost some and stopped and gained all back before, too.

No need to be scared, you will be very welcomed into Onederland and you will get there! =)

Purple: I feel your pain. I've been way off track and self sabataging myself. I feel like I'm getting to that point where things may turn around but I'm not 100% there yet. I'm still exercising but the eating sucks. Congrats on make some positive strides!

Hi team,

I'm sorry I haven't been participating this week. We're going out of town for a few days to go back to the old stomping grounds and pick up my mom for an extended visit. Between work and stuff at home to get ready, I've pretty much been buried all week long.

Julz - I hope to be able to get an early weigh in before I leave so I don't have to use a freebie week.

Hope you all have a great week - keep up with the exercise and chatting and all the good things you are doing.

Talk to you when I get back...

Default Hey my Ex Teamies!!!

Good Morning! TGIF!!!!!

Well, I think I fell victim to that "social Eating" thing last night. After Jess went and pulled his check out of the bank last night, he went through DQ and surprised me with ice cream....grrr....I did pretty good all day too, up until that point. This isn't something we do a lot, and I felt obligated to eat it, because it was a "special treat", even though the entire time I felt guily and had that BobJillianMelissa person on my shoulder. I mean seriously, do they ever just zip it? LOL! So today is a new OP day as is this entire weekend, I hope I can show some sort of loss on Monday morning when I weigh in. *sigh*

I hope you all have an OP day & weekend. I think it's actually supposed to be nice and sunny this weekend.

Hey team! Just a quick flyby to let you know I'm doing alright. I've got a busy few days ahead of me, so I probably wont be on much. I've been getting stuff ready for a garage sale at a friends house. I've got probably 3 pickup truck loads plus I have to pick up the tables from the church. I best sell it all cuz I'd hate to have to haul it all back home! We've decided NO MORE BABIES at this house so we are selling all Madisons baby stuff, I'm kinda sad thinking she won't have a brother or sister, but I'm sure she'll be fine. Everyone have a great weekend and wish me luck!

Hi ladies,

Last nights workout was landscape planting. Hydrangeas, forsythia, and a tree. I told DH that this all seems like a great idea until I have to plant it. On the NSV side, I do find this work much easier this year. I lied to DH and said that other than the lanscaping around the pool, I am done. I forgot about the butterfly bushes I have coming. And then I want an iris patch. That's the thing about living in the country now. I feel like I must have a variety. And it makes me smile to see the flowers or shrubery that I envisioned and planted growing and making the place look pretty. What I really love about it is that, living in the country, I am not competing with neighborhood landscaping where everything must look a certain way.

Tonights plan is to try to spend at least two hours doing the trim work which is essentially like using a push mower and plant the new rose of sharon. And shampoo carpets before going to bed. Wow, fun stuff for a Friday night, huh?

Tomorrow is more outside work but I'm starting the day with pilates and PUSH.tv workouts.

I have several of the Winsor pilates DVDs and I have forgotten about the arm series. I need that too. I know I have the legs & buns; back; abs and probably arms series. The abs is a killer workout too.

Enough rambling.

Hi Black!!

I'm feeling much better than earlier in the week, thankfully!!

Well we're heading out of town shortly...get back late Monday afternoon. Must make healthy food choices: salads, grilled this or that, etc. I know what to choose - I need the willpower and focus to make those choices. Must remember that I'm down 24 lbs!! I packed some kashi go lean bars, tootsie pops, gum and bananas for the drive.

I did NO workout this week. Man, that is so hard to believe but it is what it is and I'm ready to start back on Tuesday (I'll get lots of walking in this weekend.) Now I have to decide if I'll jump back into P90X because I found out we're out of town for a week beginning June 6. (I could do Week 5, 6 & 7 of P90X)

While I LOVE to travel, it's really hard on one's weight loss routine. So my workouts will have to change during this week, however, my DH will be working during the week and I'll be on my own during the day. So, I can workout. Must check on gyms in hotels after I get back and perhaps bring a yoga DVD with me. Don't most hotels have DVD players in them?

I posted my weigh-in early this week but thankfully I have a 1 lb loss!! Sure hope I can bring in a loss for next week too!!

Have a goo weekend!

HAPPY FRIDAY TEAM!

So last night I had a photo shoot and I met DH in town (in town = 60 min. away) so we could swap cars and he could take over the kids. We decided to grab some dinner real quick and stoped at DQ I am happy to say I passed up the fries and fry sauce and had a grilled chicken sandwich with a salad on the side. When my order came they forgot that I wanted a salad instead of fries and so I got both-I for one split second was tempted to eat both, but gave my DH my fries (yes I am sabotaging him because the first one of us to loose 10 lbs gets 50 bucks ) YAY!!

The photo shoot/bridal was wonderful we walked around the college campus and then went to the waterfalls and walked and climbed all over there. The bride was a trooper and I got a great workout.

I peeked at the scale and after 3 weeks I am out of the 167's YIPEE! I am really hoping for a good loss this week!

It is supposed to be 90* today and I have tons of yard work to do-

My goals for today:
Yoga
Walk/Run
Drink 2 32 oz jugs of water
Mow Lawn
Finish Digging up Weeds

Hi Everyone. Just a quick check in while the auditor is in the other room going over some stuff. My eating has been all over the board this week. And I haven't worked out even one time due to unexpected company. I did hop on the scale and so far I've maintained. Guess that's the best I can hope for at this point. I'm going to try to get my head back together this weekend so next week I am focused on what I need to do and get it done!! Have a great weekend everyone. I'll try to check back in later today and will for sure over the weekend.
