1. What do you prefer we call you? fit or fitin2008 (I will get there this year)

2. What weightloss plan are you using? You on a diet and Super Foods

3. What is your favorite exercise? Fitness DVD/VHS Love all kinds, Step, Kickboxing, Strength Training, Rebounding

4. What is one area that you struggle? Staying on Plan. When I do it's easy to eat right. When I go off even just a little my hormones go out of wack very quickly and then I get out of control cravings.

5. What is one area of your weightloss journey that you excel at? Love to exercise. I forget this everyday though so it is a struggle to get started, but once I start I remember how much I love it and how good it makes me feel. Looks like a lot of us suffer from this form of alzheimer's.

6. What is your short term goal? To get under 200 lbs

7. What will you reward yourself with when you reach that goal? Well, I'll need new clothes but not too many I still plan on losing lots more.

8. Best weight loss tip? Get in the habit of doing things that you don't want to do. It will bless all areas of your life.

9. Bob or Jillian? Jillian- I listen to her podcasts and read her books and she is really quite a knowledgeable, compassionate, inspiring, woman. She used to post on this thread too. Do a search for her to get some great info.

10. Tell us about yourself! Married with four children and one grandbaby. I homeschool my two youngest. I like scrapbooking, traveling, and outdoor activities like camping and hiking.

I'm having trouble keeping up with all the posts on here. I need to start taking notes or something. I'll try to post more later and do some personals. to all.

Hmmm...I'm assuming you can't give any away or pay off debt with it? In that case, I'd buy a house on some land with a barn and a few horses and a swimming pool! Then I'd take my friend Selina shopping and we'd buy all sorts of cool skinny clothes! And I'd buy my daughter tons of cute clothes and toys. With the leftover, I'd buy everyone I know a new car!

Diva, I only ATTEMPTED TaeBo today! I couldn't finish it! Billy sure can make you hurt!!! I did the DVD on Monday but I was so sore today that I could only finish half. But I made sure to march in place for the remainder of it, so at least I was moving.

Ok, I'm off to post my before pic if anyone wants to see it. Warning: It's SCARY!!!

Where I live a million dollars would only buy a modest house on only the tiniest lot! (That is why I rent.) Hmm.... I suppose I could move.... or just buy a house somewhere else and rent it. Woah. Too complicated!
I really have no idea!

If I had a million I would travel. I have three kids.....5 years, 4 years, and 11 months. They are so great. You would think that chasing after them would keep you in shape. But I always find myself eating thier lft overs.....halk to quite that.
I am going to use taras goal and try not to eat till my stomach says so.
Good weight loss everyone!

A million dollars to spend, the church I work at still owes money on the new building, and a masters degree in cultural resource management would be great too. Maybe I would just live out my dream to be a professional student.

But back on the diet question, I have been eating out a lot for lunch at my job. I end up going out 2-3 days a week, and since it's kind of a small town the food is mainly diner type food, heavy on the deep fat fried. I've been avoiding what I can, but what are some ideas of something I can eat? I've also noticed that if I do eat something fried than I crave sweets very much about an hour later.

Too funny

Jen - Congrats on your pregnancy. Wishing you a happy healthy 9 months.

If I had a million dollars, I would pay off my student loans, buy a new car, take a vacation, buy a home, start a new business and adopt a few puppies and kitties.
I have plans for that million bucks .lol

Bette, how about grilled chicken breast with a green salad or a scoop of cottage cheese or veggies? I eat that alot, also when all else fails, I go with a burger without the bun and those same sides.

And for my million, I am in for the pool. Living up here, I would want it heated with a dome for winter! Also pay off OS college loans and pay for YS college too! My car is a 10 yr old Toyota, so I might buy a new one, but I don't know, I am kind of partial to the old one. It's been faithful.

Hi everyone! My name is Liz and I'm on the black team this challenge! I just wanted to drop by and say hi to all of my team members. Unfortunately I haven't had any time this week to read any of the pages of posts for the black team because I've been running around crazy every night this week trying to get vendors reserved for my wedding, plus getting my exercise in, but I promise I'm gonna sit down and read all of the posts this weekend and get some comments in. I hope everyone is having a great time so far with the challenge and I hope the black team can kick some butt!

ahill1979 What are you going to go to school for? Good for you for going back! I am joining the YMCA tomorrow, so excited for that!

LondonJulz It's okay, I am still a little upset with OSU after the national championship. Never thought I'd say this about Tressel, but we sure did get out coached.

3littleones I too have a habit of getting on the scale everyday. I don't count those weights as much as I watched the trend in the numbers (going down hopefully). I weigh in on Sat. at WW and that is the number I really track.

With a million dollars I would buy a house and DH a truck. I would buy tickets to the OSU/Michigan game for next year and the OSU/PSU game. I'd give DD's daycare enough money to pay for the next two years . I would then go shopping, but buy only clothes that would fit once I hit my goal weight. I'd take DD to toys r us and let her go nuts.

I would pay of my student loans. Buy a RV, pack what I want form this house and head up to PA. Buy some land on a lake, live in the RV while I build my dream house & barn, get a couple of horses, a boat, 2 new cars, Buy my parents a new house and if I could prepay for the rest of mine & my son's college education. Anything left I would donate to a few different charities.

I'd pay off all my debts, buy a house (a 4 bedroom fully finished basement, attached garage, and a sun room with a nice aviary for my birdies. here is about 600,000), buy 2 new cars - a SUV for Todd, and a minivan for myself. Buy a whole housefull of new furniture, new comp, new tv's, surround sound system, New washer/dryer (the really nice ones). A brand new gym and hire a personal trainer for a year, A Wardrobe that starts from my size down to a size 12 (which is my goal size - After I fully grew, I was size 12 before I started packing on the pounds).
New wardrobe for the kids and Todd. I'd also take a month without pay off of work... I need a break!
