Since I do not have a scale to weigh myself, I am going to do this........
"Days totally on plan (I can make myself be perfect for one day - then another day doing it one day at a time - rather than thinking of the whole time) I don't think there are trackers for this but you could put smilies in your signature for days completed and devils for days you didn't make it or something.."
