Still on plan, no cheating

I lifted some weights yesterday which felt good, gonna do that more today. I might have to dig out my weight lifting books from last year, maybe do New Rules of Lifting for Women again.
Hope everyone is doing well as well

I've never tried the MIM's, might have to if it's an easy quick thing. It'd be nice to have some more options.
Edit to add: The scale actually said 192.8, but I didn't believe it so I got on it like three more times and then it kept saying 193.0 so I'm going with that
