Mar 26: 264 Apr 2: 264 (I actually did lose 300g but I'm rounding off here.) Apr 9: whoosh! what happened to that week? Apr 16: 265 Apr 23: 260 Yaaaaaahahahahahahaha! May 7: 261 Boooooooooooooo! June 25: 257 July 2: 256 (Wed.) July 10: 254 (Wed.) July 17: 249 First time under 250 for a loooooooong time July 23: 250 (Not a big surprise, considering last weeks mega-whoosh.) July 30: 249 (rounding off, here. I'm actually 100g lighter than the last 249) Aug 6: 249 (lost another 200g, still not enough to move the scale, though!) Aug 13: 248 Huzzah! Aug 20: 247 Creeping down is way better than creeping up. |

I stayed the same this week. Frustrating! I need to remember this happens at times and to stay the course.

Coming off of a vacation and also trying to get my hormones balanced by adjusting to taking progesterone 2 weeks per month - I have heard it causes initial weight gain, but if you stick with it things balance out. Most women quit early on because of the weight gain, but I am going to tough it out unless the scale goes up too much and I see no improvement in PMS (which is why I am taking it)

Went on a short vaca and already up a few pounds even though I tried to keep within calorie goal. Must have misjudged things and not had the same amount of exercise.

I work nights, and I had my schedule changed so that I close late Monday nights. I sometimes don't get a chance to eat while at work. The last two Monday nights I have eaten a good chunk of my daily calories at like midnight, and then had to weigh in at 6am -.- Good luck everyone! |
I had a 5 lb loss this week after staying the same last week. I'm proud of myself that I stayed the course and didn't panic over the stall and I believe it shows with a good loss this week. :)
