Time for my first weigh in update!
I weigh myself on Sunday mornings, and this is my first time posting an update. I have to say that I LOVE this site. I definitely need the accountability of writing down my progress (or lack thereof!) and putting it out there for others to see!
8/15/13: 179.9 lbs 8/23/13: 177.4 lbs 9/1/13: 175.2 lbs Total inches lost: 3.75 I'd originally posted that I want to lose 50 lbs. After looking at what would be a healthy weight for my height, I need to revise that goal to 39.9 lbs. Once I reach 140 lbs, I'll decide if I need / want to lose the other 10. I'm 5'8" and everything I've found shows 140 as being a "healthy" weight. |

June 25: 257 July 2: 256 (Wed.) July 10: 254 (Wed.) July 17: 249 First time under 250 for a loooooooong time July 23: 250 (Not a big surprise, considering last weeks mega-whoosh.) I finally found the time to post my loss here from Friday. :) I lost another pound and feel good. Staying the course is what I repeat to myself. I like the way I'm feeling and the movement that returns as the pounds come off.
