Guac you inspired me with the look back to 2011, I'm keeping the calendar I logged my weight in last year at the same month on the one I'm logging in this year, it's really good for me looking at the difference, Thanks!
I only lost .5 lbs this past week. I weigh-in on Thursdays. I am so hoping to get out of the 190's this week. It has been my mini-goal for the past two weeks and I haven't reached it yet.

I've been sick for a month, not much motivation. I can't seem to get my body off it's "set point" mode. Very discouraged

Thanks junem, I was sick with what turned into bronchitis for exactly the entire month of February. I am feeling motivated again, so I hope to get back on track and wipe out that plateau.
Down 1.2 but really only down a total of .4 because the rest was a gain from the previous week. Mini goal is to be down another .8 which will put me at my lowest weight in 2012 which was about a year ago. This time I'm going to keep going after meeting that goal!!!
Going in the right direction slowly but surely. I've kept to the plan really well this week, but I've also allowed myself one or two treats. I'm really pleased that the "a little of what you fancy" plan is working.
Bindibop, I'm glad to hear you're back on track. It's so hard to get motivated again after being sick for a while.
LuvCats I bet it feels great to get to that lowest weight and start breaking new ground. I managed to get to 136 in 2008, but slowly my weight crept back up again. This feels like I'm just working to get to my starting point again.
I finally broke by platearu and weighed in at 186 this morning. The lady at MRC was as surprised as me I think. I have 21 lbs to go to reach my goal weight.
I have to weigh myself daily as my weight can vary depending on how much fluid I'm retaining...so I just try to look at the lowest number for each month to try and get an estimate as to how much I weigh. Last time it was 210.5 lbs, so am figuring that to be my start weight.
