  • trukmek, I weigh myself daily too. I'm still breastfeeding, so my weight can vary 3-4lbs in a day depending on whether little man has just nursed or really needs to. What I do is keep note of each low and high number -- if I'm on plan the lows continue getting lower while the highs drop down. Today's high number was my goal weight for the end of February, which tells me I'm going in the right direction.

    junem, I'm glad you're feeling more yourself. You'll beat that ice-cream hangover in no time!
  • I'm completely shocked as I lost 7# this time. Amazing! Up to just over 22# loss so far. I even weighed 3x to confirm and two matched... one (the first time) was actually lower.

    Wow this is slow. I averaged 1350 calories a day, ran 10 miles, did 100 minutes of stairclimbing, and 70 min on the elliptical for .4 lbs. Le sigh.

  • I didn't get to post this on Wednesday. According to my scales this morning I'm down another half a pound, but she's a tricksy critter so we'll hold off and see what next Wednesday has to show.

    Me, I'm making slow but steady progress. I'm still allowing myself treats once or twice a week and that's keeping my motivation going for the long haul.

  • Hi everyone. I guess it's time for me to get back to 3 FC's. I've put a lot of weight back on since I've posted here. I'm starting over again...
    I need the accountability of this weekly weigh in thread, so I think I'll join if you don't mind.

    I can only imagine how difficult it gets when you start getting within reach of goal, Junem (my ticker is only posting a minigoal not the whole shebang sadly so I am not close yet). Keep it up you can do it!
