I got in 15 minutes of yoga this morning.

Personal total: 1095 + 15 = 1110
Group total: 24,758 + 15 = 24,773

Today I did 30 minutes walking in the morning, 30 minutes on the elliptical (hill level 3) and 30 minutes with my trainer, bringing my total to 1329. I realized that if I do 90 minutes again for the next two days I can still make my August goal. I'd like to do that if I can. I can always rest on Friday :D

The group total is now 24,898 + 90 = 24,988

I'm adding 50 for today -- 43 walking (with a little dancing to my upbeat tunes) and 7 mins abs/back...

Group total ~ 25,124 + 50 = 25,174 min

Hi Ladies - 36 minute walk for me today. :) New totals are:

Personal Total: 1915 + 36 = 1951/310 - 1641 minutes past my goal.


Group Total: 25,174 + 36 = 25,210

Oops... I've done it again. I hadn't realised it had been so long since I posted my exercise minutes. Things have certainly been moving along very nicely in the meantime. Anyway...

Friday - 30 mins aerobics DVD, 10 min walk home from work
Saturday - 100 mins walking with hubby
Sunday - 80 mins walking with with hubby
Monday - 20 mins aerobics with kids, 20 mins walking to/from work
Tuesday - 40 mins aerobics DVD, 20 mins laps of oval with kids
Wednesday - 30 mins exercise bike, 20 mins walking to/from work

Making a total of 370 minutes

Personal Goal... 30 - 370 = 340 mins ABOVE August's goal of 1200

Group Total... 25,210 + 370 = 25,580

40 minutes TurboJam Cardio Party PLUS I did the TJ (standing) Abs for the first time. (10 minutes) bringing my total today to 50 minutes.

Personal Exercise Goal for August: 725/500

Previous Group Total: 25,580 + 50 = 25,630 New Group Total

Yesterday did weights and Yoga for a total of 60 minutes. Today did 15 minutes of yoga. So I'm adding 75 minutes.

Personal total: 1110 + 75 = 1185
Group total: 25,630 + 75 = 25,705
