Yep, minutes look on track to me. :) Well I got in a 46 minute walk with DH tonight. :) New totals are:

This thread is so good for me. I usually take Sun. off but couldn't wait to exercise today so I could add. Thanks everyone! Today 50 minutes of machines in basement. so personal total is 820. I thought I redid the points when we posted at the same time so not sure if right or not.

Been doing a lot of driving and not had time to walk, but been doing my arm lifts/punches in either sets of 100+ or repeated sets of 50+. I put enough into it to feel a bit of a flush and some definate muscle fatigue.
