I'm here. Been having IE issues with the website. Much better now that I DL'd Firefox. :D

5/1: 60 min training session
5/2: 90 min cardio, abs, stretching with my Sat gym buddy
5/3: 60 min cardio, abs, stretching

I am aiming for 2000 min in May...I think I've hit it, or gotten darn close, every month. :strong:

Personal: 210

Group Total: 895 + 210 = 1105 :D

1,105 + 30 = 1,135

20 minutes walking yesterday, 10 minutes walking today + 10 minutes "chair exercise"

Personal = 65/600

Group Total = 1135 + 40 = 1175

Today I'm logging 70 minutes:

55 minutes: morning walk
15 minutes: cardio/aerobics

Group Total (1240 + 70): 1310

Notes: My walk this morning, which I plan on doing every day, kicked my butt later on when I tried to do my aerobics! WOOSH! Too much hop hop hoping around for me lol. I'm hoping to get further tomorrow, but that is a strength day and I haven't done that in awhile!

total 110 minutes

PERSONAL: 290 + 110 = 400/1600
GROUP: 1310 + 110 = 1420

Well, I got back to lifting the weights yesterday (40 min), had a walk with the neighbour on Friday (~45 min) and walked with my mother today (35 mins) that included me jogging a couple of times, as she walks too slow. So to raise my heart rate I did a few intervals of jogging away, turning around and coming back. Yep, light jogging, in public. :p

Group total: 1,420 + 120 = 1,540

By the way, ALL these minutes make a difference. Thanks to our boost last month, we are ON TRACK to break our record from 2007!!!!!

Hit the gym this morning and did 30 mins on the treadmill and 35 mins weight training (upper body/abs).

Group Total: 1630 + 65 = 1695

PERSONAL: 400 + 60 = 460/1600
GROUP: 1695 + 60 = 1755
