I was down from last month, going to need to work on that. I also averaged 8474 steps per day. Not as good as I would have liked. June needs to be a better month. :)

Wow, almost 20k!!

I'm counting 20 min of my yardwork today -- it was a real workout. Unearthing roots in an area of the yard we're trying to reclaim.

I was feeling so sick today I couldn't do more than 10 minutes so I'm falling in short of my goal dang it 493/500

Edit: scratch that, I was feeling a little better and pushed through it for 10 extra minutes of strength training for 503/500 yay!
