Today was DH's bday after we went to church we drove down to DS's apt and spent the afternoon. oldest DD, DS1's fiance & DS2's gf cooked dinner for DH along with a delicious chocolate cake! (yes I had a small piece) We had a great time! But, once again we stayed too late I had stuff to get ready for tomorrow so thus the reason I'm typing at 2am! LOL
Just wanted to stop in and say Hi! and hope everyone's weekend went lovely!
ONLY one more week and we will be on the SHIP!!! I'm getting nervous!!! I have a friend who had surgery and has lost 1/2 her body weight.....well her hubby is Army and prior to surgery she purchased an evening gown for a formal dinner they had to go to.....so she is lending me the dress! I don't have to buy one for the cruise!!! I'm thrilled! I am having a jewelry party on Tuesday evening and the girls are going to help me pick out something that will go with the gown to wear on the cruise! Youngest DD just got hired on at Subway so she will be staying with friends over fall break rather than going down to spend the week with her brother......and we have a friend of oldest DD's staying at the house to tend the dogs.
Ok so my post was short but sweet.....and now I'm off to bed! for a couple of hours at least!
