Yay! I couldn't stand it so I did 20 minutes of weight balls so I could make my June exercise goal today in half the month! Wow I can't believe I did it!!!

Thanks to TOM I have not felt like doing anything last few days.. Finally got up and did 1 mile of my 3 mile super fat burning video ( I usually do 2 but felt exhausted quickly today).
SOo 20 minutes to add to my total and the group total. We are supposed to go to bbq and play football and stuff with kids.. not sure if I am gonna [articipate or not..lol
We went catfishin and all I did was sit in a chair and watch the guy paddle around in a lil tiny dingy. I know I did not do 2000 worth of anything today.. not even calories.. hehe
Had to tease ya. Though going to two store looking for the "perfect" fathers day card so my daughter would quit driving me nuts should count for something.
I had to do some walking on Friday to get from my mom's car to my son's classroom for his graduation ceremony, so I am counting that at some walking for Friday.
Group Total ~ 10,408 + 10 = 10,418
And I am sad to say that I am out of commission for the rest of the month with walking. I hurt my back while getting my sneakers to go walking this morning. Made my goal for the month though.
