Yay! I couldn't stand it so I did 20 minutes of weight balls so I could make my June exercise goal today in half the month! Wow I can't believe I did it!!!

Thanks to TOM I have not felt like doing anything last few days.. Finally got up and did 1 mile of my 3 mile super fat burning video ( I usually do 2 but felt exhausted quickly today).

SOo 20 minutes to add to my total and the group total. We are supposed to go to bbq and play football and stuff with kids.. not sure if I am gonna [articipate or not..lol

Hey all -- I reviewed our numbers, and we are REALLY close to 100,000 minutes for the year.

When we get to 10,781 minutes we will be there! And 1/2 way to our 200,000 minute goal!!!!!

Yesterday 30 minutes and today 60 minutes of carting stuff and myself down and up 3 flights of stairs. That brings my total to 395.

The group total is now 10,158 + 90 = 10,248

I had to do some walking on Friday to get from my mom's car to my son's classroom for his graduation ceremony, so I am counting that at some walking for Friday.

And I am sad to say that I am out of commission for the rest of the month with walking. I hurt my back while getting my sneakers to go walking this morning. Made my goal for the month though.
