I was not feeling well yesterday so didn't do diddly squat. So my personal total for June is still 940/1200. Having this new bike is really helping me make my goal!!! I am hoping to ride tonight; just wanted to report in anyway with my big "zero" for yesterday, for accountability.
I got really busy with apartment stuff and missed several days, but I am going to count 20 minutes of hauling boxes down to the basement yesterday (3 flights of stairs). Tonight I did 60 minutes in the gym - 30 elliptical, 30 trainer brining my total to 265.
60 min weight training. I feel like I'm getting my groove back. Although, I will admit I did NOT want to go to the gym today!
Group total ~ 9027 + 60 = 9087 min
SunShineGirl -- You are welcome to start any time! But you don't need to set a goal anymore. Have you been regularly exercising already? If not, 1000 min to the end of the month is quite a lot, it seems. If you want to set a goal (and I love them), I recommend starting with something that challenges, but doesn't overwhelm. When I first started, it was 15 min 3-4 times a week! I built from there and change my goal depending on how busy my month looks.
And if you just want to jump in without a goal, that's fine too!
