Well I think last time I was here I was not ready to honestly make the commitment I needed.. well I am back and already have exercise for june to add!
my goal for month of June is 600 minutes.
so far Since June first I have done 120. I am doing the Super fat Burning Walk Away The Pounds Video.. and Let me tell u.. it should count double..lol

60 mins swimming yesterday.
30 mins walking today.

Hi, I am back from my Grand Canyon/Sedona vacation with exercise minutes to report. In total I am estimating I walked 135 minutes during my vacation.
