I have exercised, on average, about 3 days a week, for about 15 minutes each day. I've not posted since 6/3, and probably won't get a chance to post again this month, so I'll only post what I've done so far.
Thanks Heather! Actually my goal was only 1200 and I decided to keep it that way even though yah this has been a super month for me!! The reason I am not going to raise it is in my $$$ paying myself (cruise fund) system I get $5 for making my goal and $1 for every 100 minutes I go over... and $10 if I hit 2000. I know it is childish perhaps but hey it works and is a motivation for me because I LOVE cruises and want to earn another one!
Getting my bike has really helped as I am usually gone on my rides over an hour when I go in addition to any other exercise I do. AND I am getting my "mini gym" (formerly known as a living room) set up pretty well with the Gazelle, weight bench, bike, weighted and regular hula hoops, water weights, weight bands, etc... so I can do a LOT at home without even having to go up to the fitness center. I do need a set of 5 pound Danskin weight balls though... mine are 3 pound and I would like another set but the only place I found them is WalMart so guess I will head out there this weekend!
I think I was 10 min away from my goal last week so changing my goal next month to 1000 min. That should keep my motivated. Also come to a realization some workout is better than no work out...Who knew....lol I SO didn't want to get out of bed today, but I negotiated and only did half my cardio and all of my weights.
