Whew I think I am done for the day so will report in my minutes... 210 today including biking, walking, carting stuff up and down stairs and weight balls.
Well did better yesterday and today.. Did a lot of cleaning and rearranging but since I do not like counting it I am only giving myself 30 minutes for it. I did 20 minutes of my Super fat burning walk today as well. I am thinking of checking out yoga before bed tonight.. we will see how that goes.
I backed down on the walks to 30 mins Friday and Saturday as I was REALLY sore. I am still getting over 12000 steps in per day..just not killing myself. So, I will add 60 mins to the total.
