Hello ladies!!

We shall be having a big salad, and this: http://www.skinnytaste.com/2011/08/s...th-onions.html But not on bread, on low card wheat tortillas! And I shall have some horseradish on mine, yum.

Helllllooooooooo!

Tonight I shall be making this:

http://www.ournourishingroots.com/ch...e-gluten-free/

but I don't have any ham, so I'll be using turkey bacon... And I'm not using rice, I'm using whole grain wide 'eggless' egg noodles. I will be making this sauce http://cupcakesandkale.blogspot.com/...edo-sauce.html instead of the bechamel sauce in the recipe, too... lol... Apparently that was just my jumping off point! I'll also be adding some canned 'shrooms, and some onions... maybe some green pepper too.

Have a good day everyone!!

Lol, I made it with tilapia and served it over spaghetti squash. I didn't have it done until 9pm! The beauty of child dance recital week

Tonight may be a quesadilla.

we had bbq pork short ribs, sauteed okra, boiled chic peas, and some noodles and sauce. I have been having reduced portions for the carbs in our meals. Was tasty though.

flounder flakes alot. I can never get it to stick together when I pan cook it, but it is tasty. I love my fish flaked into cooked frozen spinach.

Dinner just might be frozen chili from like, 2 or 3 weeks ago. I'm wrapping up TOM and I'd rather save my energy for Zumba than making dinner.

I made vegetarian no noodle lasagna with tofu 'ricotta' cheese yesterday. It took about 3 hours for prep, but so worth it. Was delicious!

tonight will be leftover bbq, a veggie, a legume and some sort of grain. Might do brown rice, though they would rather have noodles.

And salad.

Tonight we shall be having spaghetti! Barilla plus wheat noodles, with DelGrosso sauce. Salad and I found these "lite" New York brand garlic bread slices. I'm pretty excited about this, as I missed that "out of the box" kind of garlic bread. At 130 cals a slice, I'm totally budgeting for it!!

Hello ladies! Long time no see! Let's just say I fell off the wagon a little...trying to get back on.

I was struggling with today's lunch, but I might make a veggie quesadilla (since Munchy suggested those a little while ago). That sounds like a wonderful idea.

Dinner is going to be Applebee's Dijon Chicken, with some rice pilaf and steamed broccoli.

Kate, did you make that steak and cheese sandwich above? It looks deeeeelishis
