Whoohoo, I'm down to 164! (we gave in and bought a new scale, LOL). I started TurboFire yesterday and already did my second workout today. I was sure I sweated out four pounds to get to the 150's, but no go hehehe.
*sigh*...I'm back up at 166 Don't know exactly what happened, I've been sweating through Turbo Fire for 3 days now (yesterday was a scheduled rest day)...maybe I've been eating too late at night. ARGH!
Hello all! HappyHoliday, nice loss!! I've been at 164 for a week and feeling annoyed! I'm still working out hard and eating well so I know I'm at least being healthy. Here's hoping for some scale movement on Thurs!!
