Well...I may be banished from this thread...
I'm back from New Orleans, and I'm weighing in at 162.9...There is no way I've gained that much in two weeks. I know I didn't drink enough water while I was gone, so that may have some part.
Also, I'm really sore...I had my aunts bootcamp in the am, helped my grandparents clear their house for new carpet for 7 (!) hours, and then had another bootcamp in the evening.
My eating is slightly bad...not horrible, just have to get into the swing of things, I guess. I have no schedule, as I teach and took the summer off. I'm so used to eating at such and such time...this is so hard
I'm hoping with my increase in water intake and my soreness fading, I'll see that number drop and I can come back...I'm so sad to see that number on the scale.
