Good morning everyone! Still stuck at 159.4, I'll be so happy to see that 9 go! Trying to resist cravings lately, of the sugary kind and I'm at the point where I'm telling myself cheating will actually bring about a woosh.

So close and yet so far Getting out of the 140s will be a big deal for me, because a healthy weight for my height is 141 and I haven't been in the 130s since the year I met my boyfriend (2007)! Weighed in today at 142.6 again...it's TOM, so I'm hoping that there's a little water weight in there.

Hi! I'd love to join in if that's OK! I am currently 69kg (152lbs), and have decided I'm not getting my hair cut until I see 67.9kg (under 150lbs) because I'm trying to grow it and I need some motivation. TOM coming up though, so I think it'll be 1-2 weeks! I saw 65.something kg in January after losing loads of water on Atkins, but it all came back and I haven't seen anything less than 68kg for ages now!

159,2 today, I so miss losing weight quickly!

Cookiebear, you're so close to see the 140's go! It's great to meet those milestones, and with TOM I'm sure there is some water weight there. With my TOM last week I went up 5 lbs, it almost made me cry. :-)

Welcome claire0412! We're the same height and you are starting at my goal weight, if that isn't inspirational! Low carb has never worked for me either, even though it does seem to do wonders for others! I've never liked meat, eggs etc though, and love a piece of bread!

I've stayed at a consistent 153.7 for nearly a month now...I mean it fluctuates once in a GREAT while to 151/152....but seriously. I know I've been sweating my butt off working outside. Sore all over. Could I just be gaining muscle?
I don't know what else to do other than to start tracking my calories. I don't think I eat enough calories to lose weight.

Thanks Quillie! I usually lose a little after TOM, but I don't ordinarily retain too much water. Weighed in today at 142.2... so we are moving in the right direction!

Congrats on losing 42 kg btw - that is really awesome

Well after a hard break up with my boyfriend of 2 years last week, I gained about 2 pounds. Then I lost it and another. I'M EATING PROPERLY! I' PROMISE! Its almost motivation to lose weight and stick to my diet and exercise. So for that I can thank him. (LOL) For everything else, screw him. So anyway I'm back on track at 144.6 today! The lightest I've been in 6 years! Keep up the good work everyone! Lets get out of these dreadful 140's and 150's!!!

I'm up to 160.5 today. It's water weight, I ate waaaay too much salt last night, and drank not nearly enough water.

I cannot get back on the wagon. I've been super sick. I had an ear infection, a sinus infection, and bronchitis. I haven't been working out, it's been two weeks. I don't have any motivation right now...it's the last week of school (the last day, actually) and I'm changing schools next year. So, I'm ripping my classroom apart. AND I'm getting ready to move the second week of July.

I need to lose this weight. I can't give up again.

Kristen - sorry about your breakup, but congratulations on getting to a healthy weight! I'm *so* looking forward to that day...which should be at some point in the next week or so.

Weighed in at 141.6 today (yay) ... 0.5 lbs to healthy weight!

Oh & I am officially down 25 lbs today

I understand your pain. While I DO go to the gym and work out, I'm just not doing what I should be doing eating wise! I dunno whta it is! I guess I'm just happy with the weight I am? Although, I'm NOT happy...LOL I mean I'm glad I lost so much but I want to lose these last 20!!

It's motivation. We've hit a wall and now we've got to break through it!!! I'm not giving up, going to just get back on the wagon today! It's those late nights I mess up so I'm going to try and stop it before it even happens!

I feel ya! I did the same thing last night. I stayed within my calories, but the sodium killed me. Today, my goal is to drink tons of water and have a good workout!

We can do this!

I haven't even been sticking to my calories. Memorial Day really threw me...but I'm planning on going to boot camp in the AM so maybe that will give me the jump start I need.

Between my sickness and the last week of school, I just haven't cared. I'm so afraid I'm going to fail now...I've been at this since January and this is the first time I've truly faltered for any given time.

Morning, ladies, keep at it you guys are doing great! I'm at 141 so happy about that.

Kristen- I'm sorry to hear about the breakup...chin up, I'm sure everything will work out as it should.

Loren- Don't give up, you aren't going to fail. Just keep at it day by day. If you falter, get back up again.

I am at 141 today - but that means I reached my healthy weight (just barely, but still counts!) Not out of the 140s yet, but I'm still happy.
