*whew* I'm back on track! 145.8. TOM is over as well, I think some of the lbs was water. I'm back to doing my wii Just Dance game, and being more conscious of what I put in my mouth. I refuse to start gaining all the weight I've lost, this fa,r back. I'm not gonna do it.

TGIF!! Anyone got some great fun and exciting plans for the weekend??

ChicagoGal - Thanks! YOU are doing awesome... can you believe you've lost over 30lbs?? wowzers thats awesome

I weighed in today at 147.8. I burned over 800 calories with all of my workouts and all I got was a lousy .2 lol. Maybe it will show up tomorrow... sometimes I retain water after hard workouts. Fingers crossed!! All I know is that I CANNOT blow it today. Got another dance lesson tonight.... we are learning the Rumba, the Foxtrot, and the Swing. It's fun!!

Kendra- Have you tried 30DS or Last Chance Work Out? I like both.

Hope everyone has a great Friday...I'm looking forward to mine (and the weekend).
I do 30 day shred and was considering the last chance workout! I think I'll order it!! Thanks!

*Sigh* I haven't been on here for a while and I have been avoiding getting on here. I have been completely stressed, just lost my job and of course have been eating really badly. So I told myself I need to pick myself up and get back on here for the support I need! Lucky for me I've stayed at a constant 153.7 for 2 weeks now. I haven't lost or gained..but I was magically 151.9 .....So close to getting into the 140s and staying in the "overweight" category. Lucky for me the stress of my job is gone and I've actually been a lot happy without it. Now I'm having the problem of just not eating all day, etc. I'm slowly getting back on track. I'm starting 30DS tomorrow which I've never done and getting back into Dance Central/Just Dance 2 because it doesn't feel like a workout.

Plus, all last week I worked outside in the yard shoveling a lot of stuff around and preparing for a lot more outside work. Hopefully I'll lose some weight while enjoying the outside.

A shame I just saw this thread. I weighed in at 140.2 this morning. But it is the weekend... I'm burned out from Eat to Live (salad, salad, salad,) and want some sugar. Let's see how long it takes me to get out!

Congrats Weightforme!

Welcome Madison and great, great job on the weight loss! Don't you just feel like a completely different person?

I stalled last week (didn't lose, didn't gain) but went out to eat a few times and likely consumed a ton of salt. I've upped my workouts over the weekend and this week, making them more difficult. It is amazing what our bodies can actually do...even when I'm huffing and puffing on the treadmill I realize I'm not going to die and I can sustain this for 30 minutes or so. Same thing with Workout DVDs...they may be hard but I manage to get through them all the same. Anyway, I feel great which is the main objective and my abs are getting to looking pretty good, if I do say so myself.

Hope you gals have a great morning!

Good morning everyone!!

Pandasmasher - I'm sorry you're going through a tough time right now. Good for you for trying to keep your weight and eating in check. Outdoor work doubling for exercise is the best.

I am struggling!! I weighed in at 148.0 today... I think this is liek the 5th time I've lost the last 2 lbs. I have been super busy with wedding stuff and just life in general so I'm having difficulty finding time to exercise. I know that one way to find the time is getting up earlier and working out in the morning... but its been soo HARD. I felt really motivated when the sun was shining and it was warm out... now it's cold-ish again and been raining ALL WEEK like literally 6days in a row so far and not supposed to let up at least till Friday. My dress fitting is this Sunday and I'm starting to realize that I proabably won't make my goal, I still have 3 lbs to lose. I MIGHT be able to do it if I work out for like 2 hours every day but looking at my schedule thats just not gonna happen.

In better news, today I weighed in at weight watchers and reached my 10% of body weight lost goal. That is the 2nd goal for all people doing weight watchers... first you lose 5% then 10% then you try for 15% and on like that till you get to your final healthy weight. I also got an award for sticking with weight watchers for 16 weeks.

Hope everyone is doing well... I need a little motivation dust hehe

Ally, I feel you. The weather plays a huge role in how I feel about working out. I tried to get up this morning to work out as well and, even with the sun shining, I just couldn't do it. Well....I could have done it, I just didn't want to. That said, I'm working out tonight come **** or high water.

Don't kill yourself trying to make the number appear on the scale by Saturday (it is just a number) but, that said, get your butt in gear and maybe lose 1 of the 3lbs so you feel closer to your goal. Don't stress too much if you don't of course (if you are stressing, your body is less likely to lose weight) but you will feel better if you get a work out in.

Also, major congrats on sticking with WW for 16 weeks. You should be really proud of that.

I DID IT! I got up at 6:30am this morning and went to the gym!! Woot!! My girl friend told me last night at dinner that she was going to the gym in the morning so I said I would go and meet her and I kept to my word. It really wasn't that bad either. Tomorrow I might just do it again! Only probably is I worked out with her and we only did 30min which is not enough for me. I'll go earlier next time and stay longer to get more of a workout in.

In other news... gained today. Up to 148.6. I didn't do anything wrong... so I'm not gonna stress on it. Weighed again after the gym and was in the 147's so....

Got another dance class lesson tonight. Also planning a camping trip for Memorial Day weekend. Lots to look forward to!!

SweetChicagoGal - you're right its only a number. and I will get there eventually. I feel like I'm gonna be disappointed if I dont get to the exact number I wanna be at on Sunday... but if not, I really can't be that disappointed... I got within 3 lbs and thats pretty darn close! lol
