141.2 today!!! I hope it stays. My scale has been a little testy with me lately. Hopefully within the next week or so I'll be saying bye to all you lovely ladies!! Not that I want to, but at the same time its what we're all trying to do! LOL.

asweetchicagogirl1 - congratulations on getting to 140 & getting so close to your goal weight

Kristen - yay for progress! We definitely all want to get out of this thread (and run into each other in the 130s thread). Also just noticed that we have the same goal weight & have approx the same amount of weight to lose to get there

As some of you may have seen, I've had a tough week. My childhood golden passed away, I took the barrister's bar exam and I'm currently cramming for the solicitor's. My exercise has dropped to nil (not even because I am sad, but mostly because I am literally studying around the clock), but my body still decided to weigh in at 140.6 today. Hopefully I'll be able to exercise a couple times this week and say goodbye to this thread

Just made it to the 150's at 158 today, hopefully wont be here too long but its nice havent seen anything less than 160 in almost a year! every little bit helps haha! =)

I'm struggling, I really am...I'm floundering. I'm switching jobs, it was the end of the school year, I'm almost over being so sick, I'm going on vacation next week, and I am moving in 4 weeks. It's one thing after another...

My exercise has slowed. Dramatically. I haven't weighed in a few days, so we'll see what the damage is tomorrow morning.

Next Saturday, I'm headed south to New Orleans for a few days...makes me really nervous!

I finally got around to going running yesterday, and it sucked! I actually finished C25K a few weeks ago, but then I got a nasty cold (I was coughing for almost two weeks...gah), had to cram, etc. My cardio is not at all where I want it to be right now. I have to say that I am a bit surprised at how quickly your fitness levels deteriorate when you don't work out as much for only a few weeks.

On the bright side, I am tantalizingly close to getting out of this thread. Weighed in at 140.2 today Really hoping I'll hit the 130s this week.

I'm right there with you!! Scale showed 140.8 today... but yesterday I had many many cosmo's and many many clams (with butter...ugh) so I forsee it jumping up a pound or so in the next day or 2.

I am still at 142. So very frustrating. I have started keeping up with my food journal again and I will be heading to the gym quite a lot more! I know what I need to do it's just getting the motivation to do it

Wanted to jump into one of these threads... but I'm 140.6 so I'll probably only post a couple of times in this one, haha.

I've recently returned to 3FC after over a year away. Last time I updated my profile/ticker I had just said goodbye to the 130's... yet it feels like this time I've been in the 140's for as long as I can remember. (At least I didn't hit the 150's this time - that's my "oh my, something is really wrong here" weight.)

I cant remember whether Ive posted here or not already but Hi All!

was 140.1 today and 138.8 yesterday Im guessing due to a really sweaty workout on Monday night in lots of humidity.

I have been trying to make 140 my redline weight for the longest and not be at it or above it but getting into the 130's has been such a yo-yo for the past month or so. Im determined though. So hopefully I will finally be able to say goodbye no later that friday or saturday.
