156 this morning.. i'm hoping it stays there, went to an amusement park today so i didnt exercise besides just walking around the place... BUT the only thing i had there was a smoothie, pretty good since everywhere i turned i could smell the *bad* food a mile away! hahahaha so a psuedo-healthy smoothie was probly the best option..
Oh wow! 155 today! can tell by how my scale was weighing its a high-155 but still that means i've lost my first 10lbs! i really should get a better scale cuz i wanna see the 155.whatever haha =D
Well, it has been nice hanging out in this thread with you gals but I'm outta here....weighed in at 138.6 this morning and that was after a weekend that wasn't exactly *ah hem* on "plan".
155 still but you know, i'm not stressing i've done so well this week that even if im stuck there for a couple days ill be happy. Alright time to go work out!
Hi girls! I'm new to both 3FC and this thread; but I think it is a GREAT idea to track like this and to have all of your for added support and accountability. I weighed myself yesterday after work - yes, not the best time, but I felt like I had eaten healthy so I wanted to see what was up!
