What's everyone doing this weekend?? Editing photos & then church tomorrow night. Then date night & CHEAT DAY on Sunday with hubs. Is it bad that I'm more excited to eat yummies than go to dinner with hubby?? lol

I'm excited for the long weekend....although we did just have two snow days yesterday and the day before LOL But I don't have much actually planned except for the gym, food shopping, and possibly buying a new comforter.

My niece slept with me last night and I woke up around midnight to what I thought was the cat coughing up a fur ball. Not so much. Instead, it was my little niece getting sick all over my comforter. My brother has washed it three times already and I honestly don't know if I can get myself to use it again, even if it is clean. LOL I might go to Kohls and see what they have available.

got my workout in. I feel fine now, but have a feeling my upper body is going to be screaming tomorrow.

stella - it always happens up until mid feb. That's when things get back to normal.

chele - oh no! at least she is ok.

no set plans for the weekend other than sleeping in and paying bills. Oh and the gym and grocery shopping. Anyone try a good recipe recently? I need ideas besides my usual mix of stuff.

8 am spin class, not so much. I'm debating just showing up at 9 to see what happens, but flannel sheets are soooooo comfortable.

I'm going out tonight, so I really don't have anything to do all day. I could write a paper, but then I'd have nothing to do tomorrow. Hmm.

I'm going to further injure myself with Kettleballs while I think on this...

I am down 5 pounds....in a WEEK!!! So, I now have half of the weight that I gained from when I pretty much was like "Screw the diet....I'm sick of being stuck at this damn plateau for almost a year" back off!

I also changed my goal weight because I decided that it would be kind of cool to be at even 149.9 once so that I can say that I lost over 100 pounds. So, I'm halfway there

wow congrats Chele! If i lost 5 pounds in one week i would be ubber dupper happy! lol.

Stella- I wish I had your motivation!

Starmac-Im pretty much doing the same thing. and I have to work all weekend. joy.

someone at work gave me a protein shake idea his sister uses and he says it has metabolism boosters. I'm thinking about buying it from gnc. . .
no other plans for me.

Chele- that's amazing progress in a week! I would die if I lost 5 lbs in a week (from excitement of course!) Congrats!

We are doing SO much around our house this weekend. Finishing painting our master bed/bath. DeChristmasing (finally), Cleaning, tiling our kitchen backsplash, CLEANING...omg i feel like I'm going to drop dead already! I have to get to the gym today! I have promised myself atleast 4x's per week and I'm only at 2x's because I was so busy with painting all week! I HAVE to go today and tomorrow...no excuses, no matter what!

Linds - it sounds like you're getting a ridiculous amount of activity OUTSIDE of the gym. That's amazing.

Chele - CONGRATS That's what happened when I re-joined WW, too. Its awesome and such a motivator

Well I spent the morning working out and then the afternoon shopping. I'm now just letting my nails dry before getting ready to go out tonight.

Linds - I'd say you got some workouts in with all the painting. I'm always extremely sore the day after I paint because those muscles aren't used to being worked that hard

Chele - CONGRATS!! That's awesome! You are halfway there! You're doing great!

Heading to church in a bit. Tomorrow is a little busy & it's a cheat day so that's awesome! Weigh-in is tomorrow too...I'm crossing my fingers for 177, but we'll just have to see

Linds- if remember when we paitned only our bedroom and i was done for the night! lol. moving everything in and out and getting everything done, i wouldnt have even thought of going to the gym. lol.

Madison- I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you that you reach your goal!

well off to do homework. lol. hopefully i'll be down to 200 tomorrow. thats all i want!

Soo remember how I was bragging about not having TOM issues


I had super horrible cramps today...but I took some meds and they went away and haven't returned...but I was angry...

I made it to the gym

My eating has been horrible and I'm having mexican tonight... and well I already ate a jar of peanut butter

this is how I work... for those of you who are new... my life will get back together around monday
